How the Baskin Robbins Challenge works:<\/strong><\/p>

Level 1 – Complete 1 order with min spend of RM35 to unlock RM10 Baskin Robbins voucher.<\/span><\/p>

  1. Each Challenge cannot be shared. Each Challenge is specially designed for every individual user and limited to the user who has access to the Challenge in their app. Grab reserves the right to limit the accessibility of participants to the Challenge in their app.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Challenge is only valid from <\/span>6 December 2021\u00a0 – 7 January 2022<\/span><\/li>
  3. Challenge is only valid in Malaysia. Any GrabFood transaction made outside Malaysia will not be considered as part of this Challenge.<\/span><\/li>
  4. Self pick-up and delivery orders are eligible for this challenge.<\/span><\/li>
  5. Each participant will be eligible to participate in this Challenge upon completing 1 order from any Baskin Robbins restaurant on GrabFood with a minimum spend of RM35.<\/span><\/li>
  6. Only orders from Baskin Robbins on GrabFood are considered as part of this Challenge.<\/span><\/li>

  8. This Challenge cannot be replayed once it is completed or the period has ended.<\/span><\/li>
  9. Challenge will end when the time runs out, or when the available reward inventory runs out, whichever earlier.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    1. You agree that you are in compliance with Grab\u2019s terms of service applicable for the Grab service provided, as stipulated in the Grab app. Each reward is governed by its applicable terms of use. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions in each reward for such applicable terms.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    2. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and\/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Challenge at any time without giving any prior notice to you and you agree to be bound by those changes.<\/span><\/li>
    3. Grab\u2019s decisions in any matter in relation to the Challenge shall be final and conclusive. Grab shall not be liable for any claims by you or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Challenge.<\/span><\/li>
    4. Grab may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute the reward for another reward of similar value, in circumstances that include unavailability of the original prize, illegality or non-feasibility.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    5. In claiming the reward, Grab may request for such identification documents or further information to verify and check the identity of the prize winner, to prevent gaming and fraud.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    6. All rewards must be claimed\/redeemed within the stipulated deadline. Any rewards not claimed by the deadline may be forfeited (or disposed of, or donated, all at Grab\u2019s discretion), and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained.<\/span><\/li>
    7. Unless otherwise provided, all rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash\/credit in kind.<\/span><\/li>

      1. Upon completing level 1 of the challenge,GrabFood users will be awarded with a RM10 <\/span>Baskin Robbins voucher <\/span>(no min spend), subject to the first 24,000 awarded vouchers.<\/span><\/li>
      2. Upon completing level 2, GrabFood users will be awarded with a RM20 Baskin Robbins voucher (no min spend), subject to the first 8,000 awarded vouchers<\/span><\/li>
      3. GrabFood users who have completed each level of the Challenge task, will be awarded the voucher within three (3) working days.<\/span><\/li>
      4. Each level of rewards issued will be valid <\/span>till 28 Feb 2022. <\/span>\u00a0No extensions of reward validity will be entertained.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
      5. Reward voucher only applicable for payment via GrabPay at Baskin Robbins store. Users need to scan QR code at merchant cashier counter in order to make payment.<\/span><\/li>
      6. The reward will be issued after Grab has conducted relevant examinations, which include fraudulent checks on the participants.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
