Here\u2019s how the A&W challenge works:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Level 1 – Complete 2 orders with min spend RM25 to unlock RM 5 A&W voucher<\/span><\/p>

Level 2 – Complete 3\u00a0 more orders with min spend RM25 to unlock RM10 A&W voucher.<\/span><\/p>

Level 3 – Finally, complete 3 orders with min spend RM25 to unlock RM15 A&W voucher.<\/span><\/p>

Once you\u2019ve unlocked rewards from all three levels (before 14 December 2021), you\u2019re in the running to win the Grand Prize of A&W vouchers worth RM600<\/span><\/p>

Challenge Rules<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

  1. Each Challenge cannot be shared. Each Challenge is specially designed for every individual user and limited to the user who has access to the Challenge in their app. Grab reserves the right to limit accessibility of participants to the Challenge in their app.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Challenge is only valid from <\/span>15 Nov 2021 – 14 Dec 2021<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>
  3. Challenge is only valid in Malaysia. Any GrabFood transaction made outside Malaysia will not be considered as part of this Challenge.<\/span><\/li>
  4. Self pick-up orders are NOT eligible for this challenge.<\/span><\/li>
  5. Each participant will be eligible to participate in this Challenge upon completing 1 order from any A&W restaurant on GrabFood with a minimum spend of RM25.<\/span><\/li>
  6. Only orders from A&W on GrabFood are considered as part of this Challenge.<\/span><\/li>

  8. This Challenge cannot be replayed once it is completed or the period has ended.<\/span><\/li>
  9. Challenge will end when the time runs out, or when the available reward inventory runs out, whichever earlier.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    Other terms and conditions<\/strong><\/span>

      1. You agree that you are in compliance with Grab\u2019s terms of service applicable for the Grab service provided, as stipulated in the Grab app. Each reward is governed by its applicable terms of use. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions in each reward for such applicable terms.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
      2. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and\/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Challenge at any time without giving any prior notice to you and you agree to be bound by those changes.<\/span><\/li>
      3. Grab\u2019s decisions in any matter in relation to the Challenge shall be final and conclusive. Grab shall not be liable for any claims by you or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Challenge.<\/span><\/li>
      4. Grab may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute the reward for another reward of similar value, in circumstances that include unavailability of the original prize, illegality or non-feasibility.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
      5. In claiming the reward, Grab may request for such identification documents or further information to verify and check the identity of the prize winner, to prevent gaming and fraud.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
      6. All rewards must be claimed\/redeemed within the stipulated deadline. Any rewards not claimed by the deadline may be forfeited (or disposed of, or donated, all at Grab\u2019s discretion), and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained.<\/span><\/li>
      7. Unless otherwise provided, all rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash\/credit in kind.<\/span><\/li>

        1. Upon completing level 1 of the challenge,GrabFood users will be awarded with RM5 A&W vouchers (min spend RM25).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        2. Upon completing level 2, GrabFood users will be awarded with RM10 A&W vouchers (min spend RM25).<\/span><\/li>
        3. Upon completing level 3, GrabFood users will be awarded with RM15 A&W vouchers (min spend RM25).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        4. Upon completing all 3 levels of the Challenge<\/span>, GrabFood users will stand a chance to win RM600 A&W voucher. (12 x RM50 A&W vouchers). GrabFood user who has the highest number of A&W order on GrabFood during this challenge will be awarded as grand prize winner. In the event if there are 2 Grand prize winners with the same number of orders, selection will be based on the highest total value of transaction.<\/span><\/li>
        5. GrabFood users who have completed each level of Challenge task, will be awarded the voucher within three (3) working days.<\/span><\/li>
        6. Each level of rewards issued will be valid for customers <\/span>2 weeks from the issuance date<\/span>. Grand prize rewards issued will be valid for customers 6 months from the issuance date, <\/span>\u00a0no extensions of reward validity will be entertained.\u00a0<\/li>
        7.
