Grab Service Fees : Terms and Conditions<\/b><\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1.1. Please read these Grab Service Fee: Terms and Conditions carefully. By using the Service (as defined), you agree that you have read and understood the terms in these Grab Service Fee: Terms and Conditions\u00a0 which are applicable to you. These Grab Service Fee : Terms and Conditions, the Gig Worker Service Agreement<\/span> and Grab Policies and Code of Conduct (as defined) constitute a legally binding agreement (\u201cAgreement\u201d) between you and Grab (as defined). The Agreement applies to your use of the Service (as defined) as provided by Grab. If you do not agree to the Grab Service Fee :Terms and Conditions, please do not use or continue using the Application or the Service. For avoidance of doubt, the definition used in these Grab Service Fee: \u00a0Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning as that of the Gig Worker Service Agreement<\/span>.<\/p>

1.2. Grab may amend the terms in the Agreement at any time. Such amendments shall be effective once they are posted on\u00a0https:\/\/www.grab.com\/my\/terms-policies\/<\/a> or the Application. It is your responsibility to review the Grab Service Fee : Terms and Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the Service after any such amendments, whether or not reviewed by you, shall constitute your agreement to be bound by such amendments.<\/p>

1.3. If you use the Service in a country other than the country where you registered for the Application (the \u201cAlternate Country\u201c), you must regularly review the\u00a0 Grab Service Fee : Terms and Conditions\u00a0 applicable in the Alternate Country which can be found at https:\/\/www.grab.com as it may differ from the country where you registered for the Application. By using the Service in the Alternate Country, you agree to be bound by prevailing Grab Service Fee: Terms and Conditions in the Alternate Country.<\/p>

Driver-Partner Participating into the Grab Service Fee Structure<\/b><\/p>

1.4 The Grab Service Fee is applicable nationwide to all existing Driver-Partners. You agree that you are a Grab registered Driver-Partner and are currently active\u00a0 (\u201cEligibility<\/b>\u201d).\u00a0<\/p>

1.5 The Grab Service Fee applies only to the following Solutions; GrabCar and JustGrab. The Grab Service Fee excludes any jobs or rides from and to Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The Grab Service Fee does not include Solutions such as Deliveries, Logistics, GrabTaxi, GrabRent, GrabShare and Exec Fleet Drivers (\u201cExcluded Solutions<\/b>\u201d). The Excluded Solutions shall be charged with the Commissions.<\/p>

1.6 For current Driver-Partner who chooses to join the Grab Service Fee, provided the Driver-Partners has fulfilled the Eligibility criteria, the activation may take up to twenty-four hours from the following working day of the submission date (\u201cActivation Date<\/b>\u201d). You agree to participate in the Grab Service Fee for a period of 28 days, from the Activation Date. You may choose to opt-out or withdraw from the Grab Service Fee, after the 28 days has lapsed. In the event you do not opt-out or withdraw from the Grab Service Fee after the 28 days, you agree to remain in the Grab Service Fee structure and continuously pay Grab the Grab Service Fee.<\/p>

1.7 Compulsory participation is required for Driver-Partners that have not been onboard on to the Grab Platform from the date of inception of the Grab Service Fee,\u00a0 provided the Driver-Partners has fulfilled the Eligibility criteria. You agree that activation of the Grab Service Fee may take up to twenty-four hours from Grab\u2019s activation of the Driver-Partner account and the Driver-Partner receiving jobs on the Grab Platform (\u201cActivation Date<\/b>\u201d). You agree to participate in the Grab Service Fee for a period of 28 days, from the Activation Date. You may choose to opt-out or withdraw from the Grab Service Fee, after the 28 days has lapsed. In the event you do not opt-out or withdraw from the Grab Service Fee after the 28 days, you agree to continuously pay Grab the Grab Service Fee.<\/p>

1.8 In the event the Grab Service Fee is charged to the Driver-Partner, Grab shall not charge any Commission fees to the Driver-Partner. For avoidance of doubt, Grab is entitled to charge either Grab Service Fee or the Commission, based on the Driver-Partner\u2019s selected option.<\/p>

1.9 The Grab Service Fee is calculated as the difference between the Passenger\u2019s Fare and the Driver-Partner\u2019s Fare Fare. For avoidance of doubt, \u201cDriver-Partner Fare<\/b>\u201d means the calculation which includes the following: Pickup Distance + Pickup Duration + Trip Distance + Trip Duration + Surge Pricing + Tips + Tolls and \u201cPassenger Fare<\/b>\u201d means calculation of the following: Trip Distance + Trip Duration + Surge Pricing + Tips + Tolls.<\/p>

2.0 The Grab Service Fee that Grab charges you is a variable fee and not a fixed fee, as it will vary from trip to trip. In the event Grab charges you the Grab Service Fee, it shall be payable by you immediately and are non-refundable. This no-refund policy shall apply at all times regardless of your decision to terminate your access to the Application or Platform, our decision to terminate or suspend your access to the Application or Platform, disruption caused to the Service whether planned, accidental or intentional, or any reason whatsoever. In the event the Grab Service Fee is negative, Grab will not make any collections from you.<\/p>

2.1 The Grab Service Fee structure is a pilot programme that has been approved by the Ministry of Transportation. Grab reserves its right to any discontinuation, without prior notice.<\/p>

2.2 You agree as a Grab Driver-Partner you shall continually be bound by the Gig Worker Service Agreement<\/span>.
