font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre; margin-left: 36pt;\" aria-level=\"2\"><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\" role=\"presentation\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre; margin-left: 36pt;\" aria-level=\"2\"><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\" role=\"presentation\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">you consent to Grab directly communicating with the member in the event of an issue or incident, and that such communication may occur by any means, including but not limited to (i) the Grab app; (ii) a phone conversation; (iii) e-mail and \/ or other suitable means;\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre; margin-left: 36pt;\" aria-level=\"2\"><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">you provide general consent and authority for the member to make decisions and transactions relating to any financial products and\/or payment methods on the Grab app; and<\/span><\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; margin-bottom: 0; padding-inline-start: 48px;\" start=\"5\"><li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt;
