Dine Out Ratings & Reviews GrabRewards Campaign (\"Campaign\") Terms & Conditions<\/h1>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    This Campaign is aimed at encouraging Users to provide ratings and reviews following their use of Dine Out Deals.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \n
    • \n

      This Campaign will run from 1st April 2024 (00:00) to 30th June 2024 (23:59) (\u201c<\/span>Campaign Period<\/span>\u201d) and is open to all Grab App users (\u201c<\/span>Users<\/span>\u201d or \u201c<\/span>You<\/span>\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Campaign will end when the period ends, or when the available GrabRewards inventory runs out, whichever earlier.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          \n
        • \n

          Subject to the terms and conditions set out herein, Users who completed any of the following review actions within the Campaign Period will be automatically awarded with the corresponding number of GrabRewards:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            \n
          • \n

            User who gives a rating on his\/her dine out experience will be awarded with 10 GrabRewards;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            User who adds a photo on his\/her dine out experience will be awarded with 50 GrabRewards; and<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            User who writes a review with at least 50 words on his\/her dine out experience will be awarded with 40 GrabRewards.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • \n

              Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to refuse the GrabReward, retract or revoke  the awarded GrabRewards, or reject any review submission deemed ineligible for the Campaign, be it under these terms and conditions or having engaged in conduct that Grab considers inappropriate or unacceptable which includes without limitation the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

                spam reviews;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                reviews which Grab deems is inappropriate, illegal, offensive, obscene or otherwise objectionable that could bring Grab, its affiliates, brands or trademarks into disrepute; and\/or<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                reviews which include repetitive words or emoticons.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to alter, extend or terminate the Campaign, or amend these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, at any time without giving prior notice, or compensation in cash or in kind.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Grab’s decisions in any matter in relation to the campaign shall be final and conclusive. Grab shall not be liable for any claims by you or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this campaign.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      All GrabRewards must be utilised within the stipulated expiry date. Any GrabRewards not utilised by the expiry may be forfeited, and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        Unless otherwise provided, all GrabRewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash\/credit in kind.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                          By submitting a review, you consent to:<\/span><\/p>\n

                          • \n

                            be bound by all the rules, terms and conditions outlined herein;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                          • \n

                            the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the Campaign Contest and in accordance with Grab\u2019s Privacy Notice (https:\/\/www.grab.com\/my\/terms-policies\/privacy-notice\/) <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                              Grab and its affiliates to use and showcase your review, in parts or in its entirety, in any and all  Grab related  marketing activities via various channels to promote Grab\u2019s product, services and brand.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                The terms and conditions herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Contest. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and any other languages\u2019 version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail at all times.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
