Terms and Conditions

  1. The contest starts on 6 December 2019, and ends on 12 January 2020, 11:59pm.
  2. All participants get 1 chance with every 50 GrabRewards points redeemed. Each redemption is counted as 1 chance.
  3. All participants are required to answer a question correctly via a Google Form and paste the unique code from reward page after the redemption is made in order to be in the running to win the prizes.
  4. By participating in this contest, the participant consents to Grab announcing the name of the winners and/or releasing a photograph of the winner as the prize-winner in the winner’s announcement. 
  5. By taking part in this contest, you have indicated that you have read, understood, and agreed, to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  6. Winners will be determined by the order of redemption. The Grand Prize winner will be the 10,000th redeemer with the correct answer.
  7. No cash alternative is available for any prize.
  8. Winners of this contest will be announced and contacted by 15 January 2020 and only self-collection of prize is available. 
  9. The prize may be forfeited to the next winner if the participant is unable to comply with this condition.
  10. The prize may be forfeited if we fail to reach the winners by 31 January 2020.

  12. Participant acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by the terms and conditions below and decisions of the Organiser without limitation or qualification. You further agree that all decisions of the Organiser shall be final and conclusive.
  13. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject qualifying participants deemed ineligible (be it under these Terms & Conditions or has engaged in a conduct that the Organiser considers inappropriate or unacceptable.

How To Enter:

Participants can enter the Campaign by downloading the Grab mobile application (iOS or Android). Participants are required to include their name, mobile phone number and email address for further communication and verification purposes. Just go to ‘Profile’ to register and activate your Grab account.

Campaign Duration:

The Campaign will run on 6 December 2019, and ends on 12 January 2020, 11:59pm. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.

General Terms & Limitation of Liability:

Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customers and the Customers agree to be bound by those changes.

  1. Grab’s decisions in any matter in relations to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
  2. Grab shall not be liable for any claims by the Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.
