This campaign shall be subjected to the Terms and Conditions herein. By participating in this campaign, the Eligible Customers hereby expressly agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.0 Campaign Eligibility:

  1. This Promotion is open to all eligible principal and supplementary UOB Visa Credit Cardmembers (”Eligible Cardmembers”) who hold a UOB Visa Credit Card issued in Malaysia (“Card”) with the below conditions:
    (a) whose accounts with UOB are current, subsisting and not in default in any manner as may be determined by UOB; and
    (b) who are not in breach of the UOB Visa/MasterCard Cardmember Agreement (“Cardmember Agreement”).
  2. The following persons shall not be eligible to participate in this Campaign:
    (a) All UOBM MasterCard Debit and/or Credit, Corporate, Purchasing and Private Label Cardmembers.

2.0 Campaign Terms and Conditions:

  1. Campaign is valid from 01 Jun 2020, 00:00 hours (Malaysia time) – 30 Jun 2020, 23:59 hours (Malaysia time).
  2. A minimum of RM80 GrabPay Wallet top up via UOB Visa credit card is required to be eligible for the offer. It is NOT valid for the top up via UOB debit card, UOB Mastercard & top up through online banking option.
  3. The offer is only valid for users who saved their UOB Visa credit card details for future payments. It is NOT valid for users who opt-out of this.
  4. The offer prize is as stipulated: Top up value RM80 & above will be entitled for 800 GrabRewards Points prize.
  5. Offer is valid for 3 (three) redemption per user per device throughout the campaign period.
  6. The offer “800 GrabRewards Points” is limited to the first 3,780 redemptions. The campaign will cease once all prizes have been fully awarded or at the expiration of the offer period, whichever is earlier.
  7. Offer is based on a first come first served basis and while stocks last only.
  8. GrabRewards Points issued to user’s rewards account will not contribute to a GrabRewards tier upgrade, and no extensions of the reward validity will be entertained.
  9. Prize will be issued after Grab has conducted the relevant examinations, which include fraudulent checks on the participants.
  10. Offer is not valid with any other voucher, discount or promotion.
  11. Offer is not exchangeable for cash, replacements, refundable or extention in parts or in full.
  12. Campaign is only valid for selected users who have received the promotional offer. Grab reserves the right to limit accessibility of participants to the campaign in their app.
  13. Grab reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion, or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Grab shall be final.
  14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
