In addition, we are committed to support MOH in their response to Covid-19:

  • Inform us immediately if they have been tested positive for the Covid-19 virus or receive a letter of self-quarantine so that we can assist MOH with contact tracing
  • Grab will temporarily suspend accounts that have been exposed to Covid-19
  • Grab will provide financial assistance to affected active drivers and delivery partners whose accounts are on hold. We will provide up to RM1,000* to a partner who contracts Covid-19 on the job, and up to RM350* for a partner who is quarantined as a result of exposure during a ride or delivery. These amounts will be topped up into the cash wallet following a review of the self-declared report to us. Please self-declare to us here.

Any account suspensions will last for 14 days until official documentation verifying the health status of suspended driver and delivery-partner has been submitted here and reviewed.

* Final amount may vary based on our review
