If you are going to drive for the entire day, make sure you plan a minimum of 3 breaks and space them out throughout the day. Get down from the car to stretch with these exercises:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 14pt;color: #009d3b;text-decoration: none\">Body Stretch<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Go to the back of your car and face the boot<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Bring your left leg up and bend your leg towards you, placing your knee on the boot<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Stretch your body forward and hold the position for 20 seconds<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Push your body up and down for 10 reps<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Repeat Steps (2) to (4) for the other side<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;line-height: 1.5\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/msmdraftbackup.files.wordpress.com\/2019\/02\/35089_ron_n9o2pf.gif\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 14pt;color: #009d3b\">Hamstring Exercises<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Extend your right leg out and keep it straight with the heel pressed against the floor<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Bend forward and touch your toes with both hands and hold the position for 20 seconds<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Repeat Steps (1) to (2) for the other side<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;line-height: 1.5\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/msmdraftbackup.files.wordpress.com\/2019\/02\/35089_ojxwxtp3wz.gif\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 14pt;color: #009d3b\">Leg Exercises<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Go to the back of your car<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">With your back facing the boot, bend your right leg upwards so that your foot rests on the boot<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Stand up straight, tighten your abs and make sure you feel the stretch on your right upper thigh. Hold the position for 20 seconds.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">When you\u2019re done, extend both arms upwards, squeeze your abs and arch your back before bringing your arms back down. Stay hydrated throughout the day and don\u2019t deprive yourself of water for the sake of avoiding the restroom.
