Please make sure they are ready and waiting for you<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Do not block traffic<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Throw your rubbish in the bins provided<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Please park at the designated area only.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #009b3b\">\/\/ For improved waiting experience<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Switch your wifi on to improve your GPS accuracy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">We recommend that you choose and <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;font-weight: bold\">activate only 1 service type <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">on your driver app to avoid losing your queue position unexpectedly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Check to make sure your app is not locked or on standby mode.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Once a booking is received, remember to contact your passenger via <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;font-weight: bold\">GrabChat <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">to inform them of your <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;font-weight: bold\">Expected Time of Arrival (ETA).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #009b3b;font-weight: bold\">\/\/ Passenger cancellations<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Please accept bookings only when you are ready to complete them.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Do not ask passengers to cancel <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;font-weight: bold\">WITHOUT VALID REASONS. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">If you are caught asking passengers to cancel without valid reasons, we will investigate further and will take disciplinary action if necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">To avoid passenger cancellations, always respond to their calls\/GrabChat messages and provide them an update about your whereabouts.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #009b3b;font-weight: bold\">\/\/ Minimum credit wallet balance<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;font-weight: bold\">Please ensure you have sufficient balance in your Credit Wallet <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">in order to receive jobs from Terminal Sentral Kuantan (TSK). The minimum amount required differs according to your commission rate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;font-weight: bold\">Example:<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">\u00a0If you are paying <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;font-weight: bold\">20% commission<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">, you will need a minimum balance of <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;font-weight: bold\">RM100 X 20% = RM20 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">to receive jobs with fares <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;font-weight: bold\">RM100 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">and below.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;font-size: 16pt;color: #009d3b;font-weight: bold\">Where is the Waiting Area?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;line-height: 1.5\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.grab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2019\/03\/08153428\/TSK-Queue-Map.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 10pt;color: #666666\">Image 1: Terminal Sentral Kuantan (TSK) Queue Wating Area<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;font-weight: bold\">Please refer to the map above. Drivers will only get TSK jobs when they are in these areas.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;font-weight: bold\">Purple \u2013 Waiting Area<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;font-weight: bold\">Orange \u2013 Pick Up Area<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;font-size: 16pt;color: #009d3b;font-weight: bold\">So, how will this feature work? <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Think \u201cFirst come, first served\u201d. This means drivers who arrive at Waiting Area first will be assigned the booking first. Drivers who arrive later will be placed in a queue and will have to wait their turn for a booking.Once you are at the top of the queue, you will receive the next booking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Your queue position will be sent via SMS. You can also see your queue position via the notification section on your driver app. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><em><span style=\"color: #666666;text-decoration: italic\">*Kindly note that we will slowly phase out the SMS queue notification.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;font-size: 16pt;color: #009d3b;font-weight: bold\">Is this feature applicable to all service types?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">This feature is applicable for GrabCar and Grabcar 6-seater. Drivers can select to be online for both service type but we <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;font-weight: bold\">recommend only turning on 1<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">\u00a0to avoid losing your queue position unexpectedly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;font-size: 16pt;color: #009d3b;font-weight: bold\">How will driver-partners be informed of their queue ranking?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Once you\u2019re within the Waiting Area, you will receive an SMS informing you of your queue ranking if you\u2019re online. After the first notification, you will be notified each time your ranking changes, up till the time you get a job.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">You will also receive your queue position in your notification section in your driver app. When there&#8217;s a new queue position, your inbox will refresh automatically to show the new in-app message. Each message will expire after 2 hours, please look out for non Terminal Sentral Kuantan (TSK) queue announcements while you are in queue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;line-height: 1.5\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/msmdraftbackup.files.wordpress.com\/2018\/11\/34498_lrif1gwq561.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"364\" height=\"1307\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: italic\">*Images are for illustration purpose only<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;font-size: 16pt;color: #009d3b;font-weight: bold\">What if I don\u2019t receive a queue allocation?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Be sure you are at the right place. The queue allocation will only take effect in the Waiting Area.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Depending on your mobile carrier, there may be a slight delay in receiving the notification. We advise you to wait at least 10 minutes before calling Customer Support.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">You can also check your queue position in the notification section.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;font-size: 16pt;color: #009d3b;font-weight: bold\">Can I be pushed to the back of the queue?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;font-weight: bold\">Yes<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">. You will fall to the back of the queue for all service types if you:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Cancel a job<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Ignore THREE bookings across all service types (If you ignore ONE job, you will need to unlock your screen within 5 minutes. Otherwise you will be pushed to the back of the queue)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">*Go offline\/ switch off \u2018availability for job\u2019 for more than 5 minutes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Leave Waiting Area without any bookings and return after 5 minutes<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;font-size: 16pt;color: #009d3b;font-weight: bold\">What happens to my queue ranking if a passenger cancels on me?<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">If you\u2019ve left the Waiting Area to pick your passenger up and your passenger cancels on you, your queue ranking for the cancelled service type will <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;font-weight: bold\">still remain on the top<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">\u00a0providing you return to the area <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;font-weight: bold\">within 10 minutes<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">However, your queue ranking for other service types will be pushed to the back.
