I am an existing Grab driver-partner, can I join this programme?<\/span><\/p>\n

No. This programme is not applicable for existing GrabCar driver-partners.<\/span><\/p>\n

What does it mean to have 0% commission on fares?<\/span><\/p>\n

Grab will not charge a commission fee on your fares. However, the 0% commission charge is <\/span>only applicable for Auto Accept jobs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Will my incentives be charged 0% commission too?<\/span><\/p>\n

No, the 0% commission is only applicable for fares. <\/span><\/p>\n

How long can I get 0% commission on fares?<\/span><\/p>\n

You will be able to enjoy 0% commission on fares for <\/span>7 days<\/span>\u00a0from the first day of activation.<\/span><\/p>\n

What happens after 7 days?<\/span><\/p>\n

After 7 days, your fares will be charged a <\/span>25% commission rate <\/span>(unless you are on Auto Accept – 20% commission).<\/span><\/p>\n

What details must I fill up in the application form?<\/span><\/p>\n

Terms and Conditions<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. The RM50 Mesra points will only be credited into the respective driver-partner\u2019s Mesra card after campaign is over. <\/span><\/li>\n
  2. A new driver-partner needs to drive at least 30 trips within 15 days to receive the RM50 Mesra points. <\/span><\/li>\n
  3. The <\/span>0% commission scheme applies to all Klang Valley drivers who register and are <\/span>activated <\/span>between <\/span>1 September – 30 September 2018.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Last day to be activated to enjoy 0% commission on fares is on <\/span>30 September 2018.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. *The <\/span>0% commission applies to <\/span>Auto Accept trips<\/span>\u00a0only. <\/span><\/li>\n
  6. The 0% commission applies to fares only. Incentives will be deducted according to the incentive structure that the driver is on. If Auto Accept is turned on, the default 25% commission will be lowered to 20%.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. The 0% commission will apply to <\/span>all Auto Accept <\/span>rides completed by a new driver-partner within the <\/span>first 7 days<\/span>\u00a0of signing up and activated.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. This campaign is only applicable for <\/span>new <\/span>GrabCar driver-partners.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Driver-partners will be notified once their accounts are activated.<\/span><\/li>\n
