What cancellation reasons are available?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Besides \u2018Passenger no show\u2019, you can now select from the following options:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Too many passengers or luggage<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Can\u2019t pick-up at location<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Passenger suspicious behaviour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">The best part &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">no waiting time<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">\u00a0is required! <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">(Minimum wait time still applies to \u2018Passenger no show\u2019)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #0000ff\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 id=\"h.oi7gbcs6vcnh\" style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 18pt;color: #009d3b;text-decoration: none\">How It Works<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">If the passenger does not show up at the pick-up point, or if the passenger has made an error in the booking, use the following steps to cancel the job without impacting your Cancellation Rate (CR).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;line-height: 1.5\">\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Tap<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">\u00a0\u2018I\u2019ve Arrived\u2019 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">only upon arriving at the <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: none;font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">passenger\u2019s pick-up point<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">If the passenger is at the pick-up point but has made an error to the booking, kindly inform passenger that you will be <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">cancelling<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">\u00a0the trip and select the applicable cancellation reason<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">For cancellations using <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">\u2018Passenger no show\u2019<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">, please ensure that you\u2019ve waited at the pick-up point for at least <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: none;font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">5 minutes<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Cancel the job while <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">still at the<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">pick-up point<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #009d3b\">Important things to note:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">If you press <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">\u2018I&#8217;ve Arrived\u2019<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">\u00a0before reaching the pick up point, you will be asked to confirm that you are actually at the pick up point (as per image below). If you press yes, you will <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">not be able to use the feature<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">The feature will not be available if the \u2018Cancel\u2019 button is tapped after driving away from the passenger\u2019s pick-up point<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 id=\"h.e600y2z2z21k\" style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 18pt;color: #009d3b;text-decoration: none\">FAQs<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #009d3b;text-decoration: none\">Must I tap on \u2018I\u2019ve Arrived\u2019 only upon arriving at the pick-up point?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Yes. To use the Cancellation Feature without affecting your CR, please tap \u2018I\u2019ve Arrived\u2019 only at the pick-up point. The feature will not be available if you are not present at the pick-up point.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #009d3b;text-decoration: none\">What happens if I tap \u2018I\u2019ve Arrived\u2019 before reaching the pick-up point?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">You will be prompted that your current location does not match the passenger\u2019s pick-up point. If you choose to proceed, the list of cancellation options that don\u2019t affect your CR will not be available. Your CR will be affected if you cancel the job.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #009d3b;text-decoration: none\">Is there a minimum wait for these new cancellation reasons?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">No, there is no minimum wait time. However, for the \u2018Passenger no show\u2019 cancellation reason, a minimum wait time of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">5 minutes<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">\u00a0will still apply. Also, do ensure you are at the passenger\u2019s pick-up point when cancelling the job.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #009d3b;text-decoration: none\">What happens if I cancel the job after driving off from the passenger\u2019s pick-up point?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">The list of cancellation options that don\u2019t affect your CR will not be available. Your CR will be affected if you cancel the job. Please only cancel the job while still at the pick-up point.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #009d3b;text-decoration: none\">I can\u2019t see the list of cancellation options that don\u2019t affect my CR. Why is this so?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">This could be due to the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">\u2018I\u2019ve Arrived\u2019 was tapped before reaching the passenger\u2019s pick-up point;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">The \u2018Cancel\u2019 button was tapped before reaching the pick-up point, or after driving off from the pick-up point; or<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">There may be issues with your phone\u2019s GPS.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #009d3b;text-decoration: none\">Is there a minimum Grab Driver App version requirement?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Yes.
