  1. The Mastercard\u00ae Cashback Challenge (\u201cChallenge\u201d) is organised by Mastercard\u00ae and Grab, and will run from 1 March 2026 until\u00a0 30 April 2026\u00a0 (\u201cChallenge Period\u201d).<\/b><\/li>
  2. By participating in this Challenge, you agree to be bound by these\u00a0 Mastercard\u00ae Cashback Challenge Terms and Conditions (\u201cTerms and Conditions\u201d) and agree that any decisions made by Mastercard\u00ae and Grab in respect of this Challenge shall be final and binding.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>
  3. Each Challenge cannot be shared. Each Challenge is specially designed for every individual user and each user may receive different Challenges, limited to the user who has access to the Challenge in their app. Grab reserves the right to limit accessibility of participants to the Challenge in their app.<\/b><\/li>
  4. This Challenge is only valid in Malaysia. Any Grab transaction made outside Malaysia will not contribute towards or be considered for this Challenge.<\/b><\/li>
  5. Users must link a Mastercard\u00ae as a top-up method and top-up a minimum of RM100 in a single transaction into their GrabPay Wallet for ONE (1) time during the Challenge Period to receive RM4.90 cashback that can be used for a 1-month GrabUnlimited subscription fee\u00a0 (\u201cPrize\u201d) in the form of a GrabRewards voucher(\u201cVoucher\u201d). Prizes are limited and on a first come, first served basis only.<\/b><\/li>
  6. The GrabUnlimited subscription must be redeemed within two months of the issue date of the Voucher. GrabRewards earned from this Challenge does not count towards any tier upgrades, and no extensions of the Voucher validity will be entertained. You will need to redeem the voucher from the Rewards page, and the reward will be credited to your GrabPay wallet.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>
  7. The Challenge will end at the end of the Challenge Period, or when the available Prizes have been fully awarded, whichever earlier.<\/b><\/li>
  8. The Challenge\u2019s progress status can be viewed on the Grab app at any time during the Challenge period via the \u2018CHALLENGES\u2019 tile under Account.<\/b><\/li>
  9. This Challenge cannot be replayed once it is completed or when the Challenge Period has ended.<\/b><\/li>
  10. Voucher is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods and services.<\/b><\/li>
  11. Voucher is not valid with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, voucher programs, loyalty programs, or member privileges unless stated otherwise.<\/b><\/li>
  12. Fraud, abuse of redemptions, or any dishonest activities related to the Challenge may result in the forfeiture of Prize entitlement.<\/b><\/li>

    A promotion by Mastercard\u00ae and Grab available in Malaysia. Eligible Grab users who receive the Challenge in their app and link a Mastercard can participate. Grab may limit access and disqualify ineligible users.<\/p>

    2. How do I get the RM4.90 Voucher?<\/p>

    Link a Mastercard as a top-up method and top-up at least RM100 in a single transaction into your GrabPay Wallet once during the Challenge Period. Based on first-come, first-served basis.<\/p>

    3.Where and how will I receive the Prize, and when must I redeem it?<\/p>

    The RM4.90 is issued as a GrabRewards Voucher credited to your Rewards page and GrabPay wallet. Redeem the Voucher within two months of issue; no extensions or cash exchanges allowed.<\/p>

    4.Are there exclusions, limits or conditions I should know?<\/p>

    Challenge valid only in Malaysia. Vouchers cannot be used with other promos unless stated, aren\u2019t transferable, and don\u2019t count toward tier upgrades. Returns, cancellations, fraud, or reversed transactions may void the Prize. Grab and Mastercard reserve the right to amend or end the promotion.<\/p>
