GrabCar Exec (to / from KLIA) provides top-notch service so you can travel in comfort to/from KLIA/KLIA2 for RM180 (tolls are charged separately). All passengers are guaranteed a Toyota Vellfire / Alphard and this service can be booked on demand exclusively for KLIA/ KLIA2. GrabCar Exec (to / from KLIA)  is only available for booking within selected areas in Klang Valley (see below). 

Fares:

  • Klang Valley (selected areas) to/from KLIA/KLIA2: RM180 excluding tolls
  • For rides above 90km, there will be additional charge of RM5/km.

  • Petaling Jaya (SS 1-19, 22 & 51)

  • Mutiara Damansara, Kota Damansara, Damansara Jaya & Damansara Perdana

Q: What is GrabCar Exec (to / from for KLIA)?

GrabCar Exec (to / from KLIA) is a luxury KLIA transfer service which provides users with the flexibility to book the service on-demand with the assurance of ultimate comfort and exceptional service from experienced and trained drivers.

Q: What vehicles are used in GrabCar Exec (to / from KLIA)?

All GrabCar Exec (to / from KLIA) vehicles would be Toyota Vellfire/ Alphard.

Q: Why am I unable to find it as a service option in the app in certain areas?

GrabCar Exec (to / from KLIA) is available for pick-up at selected areas at the moment. We are working on expanding this service so do keep an eye out.

Q: Are there any restrictions on drop-off areas?

Yes. For example, you will not be able to book a GrabCar Exec (from KLIA) ride to Genting Highlands. 

Q: How many passengers can I bring with me?

Each booking can typically accommodate up to 6 passengers. However, capacity rules are in place in line with the Covid-19 related restrictions at 1-4 seats for GrabCar Exec (Toyota Vellfire/Alphard).

Q: Is the fare shown on the app inclusive of tolls?

No, toll charges are not included in the fare shown on the app. Toll charges would be added on by the driver.

Q: Can I bring pets on my ride?

Currently no pets are allowed.

Q: How early in advance am I able to book a ride?

Advanced bookings are currently unavailable but we will update this page when they are available again.

Q: What are the available payment methods?

GrabPay and Cash are viable payment methods for bookings made via the Grab app.

Q: Why is the fare of my ride from KLIA/KLIA2 higher than RM180?

The flat fare of RM180 only applies to drop off within Klang Valley. Additional charges are applied for drop off outside the Klang Valley area based on the distance.

Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Consumers and the Consumers agree to be bound by those changes.

  1. Grab’s decisions in any matter in relations to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
  2. Grab shall not be liable for any claims by the Consumers or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.
