Free Personal Accident Plus Insurance

Get a subsidy of RM5.50 per month on your Personal Accident Plus Insurance* with GrabInsure for the month you unlock the platinum tier. Enjoy subsidised personal accident coverage for accidents even when you are not driving!

For more information, please refer to the Insurance section in your Grab driver app.

*After the 3 months free trials (applicable for all driver-partners), there will be monthly charges if you choose to keep your policy. However, reimbursement will be topped up into your cash wallet if you are a platinum driver-partner for that month.

Exclusive rewards on your passenger app!

When you become a platinum tier driver-partner, you will unlock the following new rewards on your Grab passenger app:

These rewards will be automatically available to you if your registered phone number for Grab Passenger App is the same as Grab Driver App.

**Rewards in the passenger app will only be available in the following month when you fill in the form by 28th of the month.

What are the free Platinum-only rewards?

Redeem a FREE courtesy car for up to 7-days if your car is out of commission due to major accidents!

How to redeem?

  1. Send a copy of your license, IC and Police Report, Insurance Cover Note, Road Tax & Car Grant via WhatsApp
  2. Schedule an appointment to redeem the courtesy car via WhatsApp
  3. Collect the courtesy car on the appointment date
  4. Return Courtesy car after 7 days (must be returned on the 8th day)

Frequently Asked Questions

You will need to have a valid PSV license and achieve Platinum tier on GrabBenefits.

If your registered phone number on your Driver app is the same as your Grab passenger account, you will be automatically qualified for Platinum-only Benefits (provided that you’ve achieved Platinum tier on GrabBenefits).

To be upgraded to Platinum tier on GrabRewards, you will need to maintain your Platinum tier status for 2 out of 3 months in every quarter*.

Example Scenarios:

  1. If you’ve achieve Platinum tier in January and March, you will be upgraded to Platinum tier on Grab Rewards in April for the duration of April, May and June
  2. If you’ve achieve Platinum tier in June and July, you will not be upgraded to Platinum tier in the next quarter cycle (October – December cycle)

*Quarter: Jan-Mar; Apr-June, July-Sep, Oct-Dec

If you already have an existing Personal Accident Plus* policy with us, Grab will  reimburse you the premium charges of RM5.50 for Individual Plan 1 into your cash wallet every month (as long as your policy is active and you are a Platinum tier driver-partner).

If you have opted in for the Spouse or Family policies, you will also receive reimbursement of RM5.50 into your cash wallet.

It’s easy, redeem them by following these few simple steps:

  1. Open your Grab passenger app
  2. Click on `GrabFood` tile
  3. Click on `View` to view your GrabFood free delivery voucher
  4. Click `Use Now` and proceed to place your order.

Yes. There is a minimum spend of RM25 required per order.

You may see it in your Grab Passenger App. Click onto ‘Points History’ under GrabRewards Membership Info. Kindly note that the 1,000 GrabRewards points will be credited to you by the 5th of every month.
