At Grab, the journey to improving your experience never stops. Fix My City is our initiative to spot bad pick-up/drop-off points and fix them. To do that, we need your help to highlight these points.
All you need to do is fill up a form here: grb.to/fixmycity-eng
You can fill up our form for the following:
- A location that needs to be fixed.
- A new location that does not exist in our app.
But for us to fix the points/add these new points, the following sections MUST be filled up within the form.
- Your city.
- The name of the new location/location that needs to be fixed.
- The full address of that location.
Additionally, you can also provide your location’s Google Plus Code to fix your location even faster!
How to get your Google Plus Code using your phone?
2. Go to https://plus.codes/ and type in the location name or address (if you’re not already there).
3. Check if the given location is accurate, and click on the arrow at the bottom left of the screen.
4. Tap the Google Plus Code once to copy it, and paste it into our form.
How to get your Google Plus Code on your computer?
1. Go to Google Plus Code’s webpage: https://plus.codes/
2. Type in the location name or address.
3. Ensure your location is correct, and click on the arrow on the bottom bar of the screen.
4. Copy the Google Plus Code, and paste it into our form.
Terms & Conditions of Campaign
- All required sections in the form have to be filled up to have POI fixed within 30 days.
- Submission of incomplete forms will NOT be entertained.
- At the moment, this campaign is only available in Kuching, Kuantan, Ipoh.
The Campaign will run on from 19th October 2017. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.
General Terms & Limitation of Liability:
Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customers and the Customers agree to be bound by those changes.
- Grab’s decisions in any matter in relations to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
- Grab shall not be liable for any claims by the Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.
