In addition, we are committed to support MOH in their response to Covid-19:

  • Grab will provide financial assistance to affected active drivers and delivery-partners whose accounts are on hold. We will provide RM200* to partners who tested positive Covid-19 on the job/required to be quarantined due to exposure while on the job. This amount will be topped-up into the cash wallet following a review of the self-declared report to us. Please self-declare to us here.

Any account suspensions will last for 14 days until official documentation verifying the health status of suspended driver and delivery-partner has been submitted here and reviewed.

* Final amount may vary based on our review
