1. Redemption 

• Dine-in Voucher is valid for 30 days from the time of purchase, for one-time use only. No extension will be entertained.
• Dine-in Voucher needs to be presented to the restaurant before ordering. The restaurant has the right to refuse the use of Dine-in Voucher if presented after order is placed or after the meal. 
• Dine-in Voucher can only be redeemed on applicable days and times as indicated on the voucher. 
• Dine-in Voucher can only be redeemed at the specific store/ branch or outlet where it was purchased and issued, and not applicable for redemption at other stores/ branches or outlets of the restaurant, if any.
• Dine-in Voucher is valid for dine-in and take-away only, and is not applicable for food deliveries.
• Dine-in Voucher is not transferable to other users.
• Dine-in Voucher cannot be split for separate transactions. Bill splitting is not allowed when redeeming the Dine-in Voucher. One Dine-in Voucher is only valid for one receipt.
• All Dine-in Vouchers must be used for its full value. Any residual value of the Dine-in Voucher cannot be refunded. 
• Dine-in Voucher is not stackable and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, offers or vouchers.

2. Others

• Grab reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions whenever deemed necessary. 
• Dine-in Voucher selling prices are not inclusive of taxes and any applicable service charges.
• Dine-in Voucher can be used to offset total bill (inclusive of service charge and SST if applicable) at participating stores.
• Grab is merely a platform service provider and is not  responsible for any loss or damages arising out of the use of the Dine-in Voucher and services provided (including but not limited to qualities, prices and/or experiences) by the restaurant. Any claim by you with regard to the use of the Dine-in Voucher shall be made against and solely responsible by the restaurant.
• The offer is void if resold or bartered. Unauthorized reproduction, resale or modification of the Dine-in Voucher is strictly prohibited.
• Each user is limited to purchasing 2 Dine-in Vouchers from the same store/ branch or outlet on one specific month and 5 Dine-in Vouchers purchases from all participating stores/ branches or outlets combined per day.

3. Refund Policy

As special arrangements have been made with restaurants for the discounts, Dine-in Vouchers  sold are strictly non-refundable by restaurant or by Grab.

1. Offer is valid from 1 May 2023 (12:00am) – 30 September 2023  (11:59pm).
2. Offer is valid for RM15 OFF with minimum spend of RM100.
3. Offer is valid for payments using PayLater by Grab in-store only.
4. To apply for the offer, users are to manually select the ‘PAYLATER15”’ promo under ‘Add Offer’ at the Grab payment page.
5. Offer is valid at participating offline stores only. Refer to https://grb.to/PLOFF
6. Offer is limited to ONE (1) redemption per user per device throughout the campaign period.
7. Offer is limited to a total of 2,000 redemptions throughout the campaign period. 
8. Offer is based on a first come first served basis. The offer will cease once the redemptions have been fully awarded or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.
9. Grab shall not be under any obligation to inform users, on any communication channels once the offer has been fully redeemed.
10. Offer is not valid with any other discounts or promotions.
11. Offer is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.
12. Grab reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion, or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes  directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Grab shall be final.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
