Payments over one week will not be reconciled.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c0e8ba3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c0e8ba3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><strong>Cancellation Payment<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If the order is canceled after preparing the food, please contact the Call Center <\/span><b>09770550888<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> within (2) weeks for the canceled order.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If the Call Center cannot be notified , please send a weekly canceled order list to <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">our viber group <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">or email <\/span><a href=\"mailto:gf.merchantops.payment@grabtaxi.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">gf.merchantops.payment@grabtaxi.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Please do not repeat informing the same order ID as we are reviewing all notifications sent to call center or viber or email.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">When sending a canceled order, please include &#8211; Short order ID<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Long order ID<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Order Slip and the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">picture of the prepared food.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Transfers will be made within the next three weeks (excluding public holidays) upon notification. The Grab Merchant Payment Team will notify you of the transfer.
