1) What is Rent?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Rent is a new transportation offering by Grab that allows you to Rent a vehicle with driver for a selected duration of time for travels within city and\/or outside city travels. The driver will stay dedicated to you throughout your booking period and will make as many stopovers as needed.<\/span><\/p>\n

2) What does Rent includes?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Rent is inclusive of vehicle, petrol, driver, including driver\u2019s accommodation & meals, as well as toll charges & parking fees. However, Rent does not include attraction ticket passes, attraction entrance fees, etc. <\/span><\/p>\n

3) <\/span> How can I book a Rent?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Tap \u2018Rent\u2019 icon and choose your preferred booking package to rent a ride.<\/span><\/p>\n

4) How long can I extend my Rent booking? <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Bookings can be extended up to 3-hours over your original duration but overtime is at the discretion of the driver. We encourage you to book for a greater time period than you need if you believe there is a high chance of extension. This will help Grab provide you the best available driver for your booking duration and will also be economically a better option for you compared to paying overtime charges.<\/span><\/p>\n

5) How long in advance do I need to book a Rent? <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Rent is currently available for same day bookings; we will soon be launching advance booking to allow booking in advance.<\/span><\/p>\n

6) <\/span>How many passengers are allowed in a Rent booking? <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

To ensure the safety of each Rent ride, there is a limitation of 4 passengers per GrabTaxi vehicle and 3 passengers per GrabThoneBane vehicle. For parties having more passengers allowed, an additional Rent vehicle is needed.<\/span><\/p>\n

7) What are included in rent package (i.e driver, patrol etc)? <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Driver and petrol cost are included in the package. The passenger does not need to pay anything extra.
