  1. <\/b>The Campaign is valid from 3 July 2019 to 6 November 2019 (the \u201cContest Period\u201d).<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. <\/b>Valid for all Grab customers nationwide.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. <\/b>The GrabReward item is only successfully redeemed once a relevant in-app message is received.

  4. <\/b>Within 15 working days at the end of the Contest Period, Grab will announce winners on Facebook. The winner is required to redeem the prize at the Grab\u2019s office within 5 working days upon being contacted by Grab.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. <\/b>For each program, the winner will be determined at random or on the most number of successful GrabReward item redemptions. Detailed terms and conditions will be displayed inside the Grab app.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. <\/b>Judges from Grab will determine who wins the prize and their decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. <\/b>The promo is organised by Grab (Myanmar) Limited (\u201cthe Organiser\u201d) and is open to all Burmese citizens and permanent residents residing in Myanmar. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Campaign: all employees (both permanent and fixed term contract) of the Organiser and their immediate family members.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. <\/b>No winners can win more than once in Grab\u2019s marketing campaigns. If the same passenger is chosen again, another passenger will be automatically selected.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. <\/b>In the event there is a tie, the Organiser reserves the right to determine the winners, based on the first passenger who redeemed the the GrabRewards item.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. <\/b>By taking part in this Campaign, you have indicated that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Further, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the foregoing and consent to the use of your personal data as set out above and in accordance with Grab\u2019s Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions below and decisions of the Organiser without limitation or qualification. You further agree that all decisions of the Organiser shall be final and conclusive.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. <\/b>The prize is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and must be redeemed within a specific time frame which shall be advised by Grab. If the Prize is not redeemed during the specific time frame, the winner\u2019s prize will be forfeited and Grab shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
