1. What is Rent?
Rent is a new transportation offering by Grab that allows you to Rent a vehicle with driver for a selected duration of time for travels within city and/or outside city travels. The driver will stay dedicated to you throughout your booking period and will make as many stopovers as needed.
2. What does Rent includes?
Rent is inclusive of vehicle, petrol, driver, including driver’s accommodation & meals, as well as toll charges & parking fees.
However, Rent does not include attraction ticket passes, attraction entrance fees, etc.
3. What kind of vehicle models are available to book?
Rent currently offers for 4-seater vehicles like Toyota Mark-II, Toyota Crown, Toyota Caldina and Toyota Fielder. Passengers will be allocated any of these vehicles based on the chosen service type and their availability.

5. How long can I extend my Rent booking?
Bookings can be extended up to 3-hours over your original duration but overtime is at the discretion of the driver. We encourage you to book for a greater time period than you need if you believe there is a high chance of extension. This will help Grab provide you the best available driver for your booking duration and will also be economically a better option for you compared to paying overtime charges.
6. How long in advance do I need to book a Rent?
Rent is currently available for same day bookings; we will soon be launching advance booking to allow booking in advance.
7. Do all drivers speak English?
Yes, all our driver are able to communicate in basic English.
8. Will my driver be able to serve as a tourist guide?
Although drivers may have knowledge of various places in the cities in Mandalay and Sagaing regions, they are not trained tourist guides. To learn of visitors’ top places of interest, please ask for our map.
9. How many passengers are allowed in a Rent booking?
To ensure the safety of each Rent ride, there is a limitation of 4 passengers per vehicle. For parties of more than 4 passengers, an additional Rent vehicle is needed.
10. How many hours are included in 1 day rent?
Normal package is 12 hours yet depends on condition, can be extended up to 15 hours.
11. What are included in rent package (i.e driver, patrol etc)?
Driver and patrol cost are included in the package. The passenger does not need to pay anything extra.
