These Group Rides: Terms of Service are to be read together with the Terms of Service. By using our Service, in particular, the Group Rides feature found on the Grab Platform, you are deemed to have read, agreed and understood the terms and conditions of our Terms of Service, which are applicable to you. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of our Terms of Service, please do not use or continue using our Platform or Service.<\/span><\/p>

All defined terms not defined in this Group Rides: Terms of Service, carry the same meaning as defined in the Terms of Service.<\/span><\/p>

General<\/b><\/p>

  1. You are responsible for ensuring that all details you entered in respect of the Group Ride are accurate and complete (including route, pick-up and drop-off points and ride type). Grab shall not be liable for any delays or cancellations by reason of erroneous details or trip type entered by you on the Platform.<\/span><\/li>
  2. The Group Ride (including payment method or split fare preference) cannot be amended once the host has finalised and booked the Group Ride.<\/span><\/li>
  3. By hosting or joining a Group Ride you acknowledge and agree that members in the same Group Ride will be able to see each other\u2019s profiles (including username, profile picture).<\/li><\/ol>

    As a Host<\/b><\/span><\/p>

    1. You are responsible for selecting the payment type for the Group Ride. Where \u201cEqual Split Fare\u201d is selected and any member of your Group Ride fails to make payment, Grab reserves its right to deduct the outstanding amount from your chosen payment option. Grab shall not be liable for any payment disputes arising from a member\u2019s failure to pay you.<\/span><\/li>
    2. You agree that you are the main contact for the Group Ride and you may contact or receive communications from Grab and\/or the Partners on behalf of all members (including in relation to any issues arising from the Group Ride).<\/li><\/ol>

      As a Member<\/b><\/span><\/p>

      1. Where \u201cEqual Fare Split\u201d has been selected for payment, you are responsible for the payment of your equal share (which includes Platform & Partner Fee and Driver Fee). If your payment option fails, Grab may deduct the outstanding amount from the host\u2019s chosen payment option. Grab shall not be liable for any payment disputes arising from your failure to pay the host.<\/span><\/li>
      2. You authorise the host to be the main contact for the Group Ride and the host may contact or receive communications from Grab and\/or the Partner on your behalf (including in relation to any issues arising from the Group Ride).<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

        We reserve the right to add, amend or remove these Terms of Service at any time, without the need for prior notice. If you do not agree to any of the changes, you must stop using our Platform and Services. Please note that your continued use of our Platform and Services will mean that you have agreed and consented to any changes to this Terms of Service.<\/span><\/p>

        {:id}Ketentuan Layanan Perjalanan Grup ini harus dibaca bersamaan dengan Ketentuan Layanan. Dengan menggunakan Layanan kami, khususnya fitur Perjalanan Grup yang terdapat di Platform Grab, Anda dianggap telah membaca, menyetujui, dan memahami syarat dan ketentuan dari Ketentuan Layanan kami, yang berlaku untuk Anda. Jika Anda tidak menyetujui syarat dan ketentuan dari Ketentuan Layanan kami, mohon untuk tidak menggunakan atau melanjutkan penggunaan Platform atau Layanan kami.<\/span><\/p>

        Semua istilah yang didefinisikan yang tidak didefinisikan dalam Ketentuan Layanan Perjalanan Grup ini, memiliki arti yang sama seperti yang didefinisikan dalam Ketentuan Layanan.<\/span><\/p>

        Umum<\/b><\/p>

        1. Anda bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan bahwa semua detail yang Anda masukkan terkait Perjalanan Grup akurat dan lengkap (termasuk rute, titik penjemputan dan pengantaran, serta jenis perjalanan). Grab tidak bertanggung jawab atas keterlambatan atau pembatalan yang disebabkan oleh detail atau jenis perjalanan yang salah yang Anda masukkan di Platform.<\/span><\/li>
        2. Perjalanan Grup (termasuk metode pembayaran atau preferensi pembagian tarif) tidak dapat diubah setelah penyelenggara menyelesaikan dan memesan Perjalanan Grup tersebut.<\/span><\/li>
        3. Dengan menyelenggarakan atau bergabung dalam Perjalanan Grup, Anda mengakui dan menyetujui bahwa anggota dalam Perjalanan Grup yang sama dapat melihat profil satu sama lain (termasuk nama pengguna, gambar profil).<\/li><\/ol>

          Sebagai Penyelenggara<\/strong>
          <\/span><\/p>

          1. Anda bertanggung jawab untuk memilih jenis pembayaran untuk Perjalanan Grup. Jika “Tarif Bagi Rata” dipilih dan ada anggota Perjalanan Grup Anda yang gagal melakukan pembayaran, Grab berhak untuk memotong jumlah yang belum dibayar dari opsi pembayaran yang Anda pilih. Grab tidak bertanggung jawab atas perselisihan pembayaran apa pun yang timbul dari kegagalan anggota untuk membayar Anda.<\/span><\/li>
          2. Anda setuju bahwa Anda adalah kontak utama untuk Perjalanan Grup dan Anda dapat menghubungi atau menerima komunikasi dari Grab dan\/atau Mitra atas nama semua anggota (termasuk terkait dengan masalah apa pun yang timbul dari Perjalanan Grup).<\/li><\/ol>

            Sebagai Anggota<\/b><\/p>

            1. Jika opsi pembayaran \u201cPembagian Tarif yang Sama” telah dipilih, Anda bertanggung jawab atas pembayaran bagian Anda yang sama (yang mencakup Biaya Platform & Mitra dan Biaya Pengemudi). Jika opsi pembayaran Anda gagal, Grab dapat memotong jumlah yang belum dibayar dari opsi pembayaran yang dipilih oleh penyelenggara layanan. Grab tidak bertanggung jawab atas sengketa pembayaran apa pun yang timbul dari kegagalan Anda untuk membayar penyelenggara layanan.<\/span><\/li>
            2. Anda memberi wewenang kepada penyelenggara untuk menjadi kontak utama untuk Perjalanan Grup dan penyelenggara dapat menghubungi atau menerima komunikasi dari Grab dan\/atau Mitra atas nama Anda (termasuk terkait dengan masalah apa pun yang timbul dari Perjalanan Grup.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

              Kami berhak untuk menambah, mengubah, atau menghapus Ketentuan Layanan ini kapan saja, tanpa perlu pemberitahuan sebelumnya. Jika Anda tidak menyetujui perubahan apa pun, Anda harus berhenti menggunakan Platform dan Layanan kami.
