GrabFresh is our grocery delivery service, now available on your Grab app. With GrabFresh, you can browse through a well-catalogued list of products from the stores you love, and place an order from the convenience of your own home or on-the-go. Your desired groceries are hand-picked by our professionally-trained and experienced personal shoppers – powered by HappyFresh. We deliver your groceries during your preferred delivery time-slot and your order will be safely delivered to your doorstep by a Grab or HappyFresh driver.

You can order typical grocery items found in supermarkets or specialty stores, such as eggs, milk, fruits, meat, fish, and dried food, etc. We support a range of stores, including Ranch Market, Farmers Market, Lotte Mart, Transmart Carrefour, Super Indo, Grand Lucky, Red&White, and LOKA Lifestyle Supermarket. The stores that serve you are based on your location, and the availability of stores in your proximity.

At launch, we are offering over 20,000 items to support your grocery needs. We are constantly adding new products and new stores in your area to serve you better.

You can shop easily through GrabFresh

1. Go to Menu >> Groceries.

2. Pick your desired store, input delivery address. You can also search items you need by categories.

3. Click Add to cart.
4. Click Cart at the right top corner.

5. Confirm your items groceries, then click Checkout.

6. Pick delivery slot time, Click Next.

7. Pick your payment methode (COD or Credit Card). Put your voucher code (If Any).

How to cancel GrabFresh order
You can edit or cancel your order before shopper start shopping.

1. In GrabFresh page, click menu as shown in picture.

2. Pick active order which need to be cancelled.

3. Click cancel order.

4. Cance confirmation.

5. You can see your order status and get email notification.

You will be notified via e-mail when your order is packed, when your order is on its way, and when it has almost arrived. This live status update is available on “My Orders”.

You will receive an electronic receipt via email after your order is delivered.

Our experienced Personal Shoppers are very careful to ensure that at no point during shopping, checkout, or any other time, do non-Halal and Halal items get in contact with each other. To ensure that, we use different bags for the transport of non-Halal items.

We receive stock updates on a daily basis from our retail partners. After placing your order, you can indicate what our personal shopper should do in case one or more of your desired items are out of stock. You can select for the whole order or for each unique product the following actions:-
“let shopper pick” if you want our shoppers to pick the most suitable replacement for you
“call me” if you prefer to receive a phone call from our shoppers to discuss on specific actions to be taken
”do not replace” if you do not want the out-of-stock item to be purchased or replaced

You can pick your preferred one-hour time slot for today (on the day of purchase) or in the next 6 days, subject to time slot availability. This means that you can have your order delivered to you in as little as one hour (*subject to availability).

Yes, you can place multiple orders as long as there is an available delivery time-slot for the selected store.

Not for now, but we do hope to make this available later this year. In the current version, you will have to cancel the entire order and then make a new order.

We currently serve the Greater Jakarta area except Bogor. We have plans to roll out to Bandung, Surabaya, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, and more, in the coming months.

Our delivery hours are based on the opening hours of the stores we work with. While this is usually between 10am and 10pm, please do refer to the delivery time slots shown on the app for the specific stores you are interested in. Of course, you can place your orders at any time of the day.
