Get the app! We have many services but you'll want to use airport transport service in Cebu and the Central Visayas options for airport pickup.
Book
Enter your destination in the field and check that your pick-up location is correct. Book the ride that suits your group size and luggage needs. For smooth taxi rides to the airport, ensure you're booked in advance.
Go
Follow the in-app directions to meet your driver at the airport pickup location. You'll be able to communicate with them in the app, so there's no need to worry.

- Arrival Bays A-D
From the baggage claim area, head to The Travel Store.
From The Travel Store, head to Jollibee.
Upon reaching Jollibee, turn right towards the pickup point.
Meet the driver near Bay A16.
- North Wing Drop-off
From The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, head to the exit near Tesoros.
Turn right, then head towards the chapel.
Upon reaching the chapel, turn left towards the pickup point.
Meet the driver at the departure bay.
- South Wing Drop-off
From Zubuchon, head to the exit near Tesoros.
Turn left, then head towards the chapel.
Upon reaching the chapel, turn left towards the pickup point.
Meet the driver at the departure bay.
Arrivals
- Terminal 2 Arrivals
From the baggage claim area, head to the hotel counters.
From the hotel counters, head to the exit.
Walk towards the pickup point.
Meet the driver at the pickup point near White Taxi Bay.
Departures
- Terminal 2 Departures
From the check-in counters, head to Gate 2.
Upon reaching Gate 2, head to the waiting area.
Head towards the pickup point.

- How do I pay for my ride?You can pay with cash, or pay in-app by adding your credit or debit card details. Just choose your preferred method when booking your ride.
- How do I find the pick up point to meet my driver?Follow the image directions in the app, that appear when you book a ride. There may also be signs at the airport to the ride hailing pick up area.
- How do I contact my driver?Tap “Message” in the app and click “Chat” to message your driver. GrabChat has a translation feature for easy communication. Your chat history will be deleted upon completion of your ride.
- Can the driver see my number?No, your driver will only be able to see your name, profile photo, and booking details. If you need to communicate, you can do this through GrabChat in the app.
