How to get an airport transfer ride

Get the app! We have many services but you'll want to use Transport for airport pick-ups.
Book
Enter your destination in the field and check that your pick-up location is correct. Book your airport taxi that suits your group size and luggage needs.
Go
Follow the in-app directions to meet your driver at the pick up location. You'll be able to communicate with them in the app. So fret not and enjoy the city!

- KLIA2 - Level 1 Door 5
1. From the baggage reclaim area go to the arrival gate, then walk straight toward OldTown White Coffee.
2. From OldTown White Coffee, walk towards the Food Arcade.
3. From the Food Arcade, walk towards H&M.
4. From H&M, continue straight to ZUS Coffee.
5. From ZUS Coffee, continue straight to Nanyang Cafe.
6. From Nanyang Cafe, proceed to Family Mart.
7. From Family Mart, take the travelator to the Transportation Hub at Level 1.
8. Continue to Level 1.
9. Exit the travelator at Level 1 and turn right.
10. Take right at the car rental counter, then continue straight until Mixue.
11. Turn left at Mixue.
12. Exit through Door 5.
13. Wait for your Grab car at the pickup location.

- How do I pay for my airport taxi ride?
You can pay with cash, or pay in-app by adding your credit or debit card details. Just choose your preferred method when booking your taxi cab service.
- How do I find the pick up point to meet my driver?Follow the image directions in the app, that appear when you book a ride. There may also be signs at the airport to the ride hailing pick up area.
- How do I contact my driver?Tap “Message” in the app and click “Chat” to message your driver. GrabChat has a translation feature for easy communication. Your chat history will be deleted upon completion of your ride.
- Can the driver see my number?
No, your driver will only be able to see your name, profile photo, and airport taxi booking details. If you need to communicate, you can do this through GrabChat in the app.
