  • Penang International Airport - Level 1-Multilevel Car Park E-Hailing Pickup Point

    1. From the baggage reclaim area proceed to the arrival hall, then exit from Door 1.

     

    2. Cross the road toward Multilevel Car Park.

     

    3. Cross the road and proceed to Multilevel Car Park.

     

    4. Enter the Multilevel Car Park building, turn right, then proceed to the e-hailing area.

     

    5. Continue walking towards the e-hailing area.

     

    6. Meet your Grab car at pickup location.

  • How do I pay for my airport taxi ride?

    You can pay with cash, or pay in-app by adding your credit or debit card details. Just choose your preferred method when booking your taxi cab service.

  • How do I find the pick up point to meet my driver?
    Follow the image directions in the app, that appear when you book a ride. There may also be signs at the airport to the ride hailing pick up area.
  • How do I contact my driver?
    Tap “Message” in the app and click “Chat” to message your driver. GrabChat has a translation feature for easy communication. Your chat history will be deleted upon completion of your ride.
  • Can the driver see my number?

    No, your driver will only be able to see your name, profile photo, and airport taxi booking details. If you need to communicate, you can do this through GrabChat in the app.
