1. From the Arrival Gate of the International Terminal, turn left towards Memo's Restaurant.
2. From Memo's Restaurant keep straight towards Parking P9.
3. Pick up location is next to Parking P9.
- International Arrival Terminal - Pillar 11 - Noi Bai International Airport
1. From the Baggage Claim area head towards Gate A2.
2. From Gate A2, turn left towards pillar 11.
3. Pick up location is in front of pillar 11.
Domestic arrivals
- Domestic Arrival Terminal - Pillar 7 - Noi Bai International Airport
1. From the Baggage Claim area head towards the Arrival Gate 4.
2. From the Arrival Gate 4, keep straight towards pillar 7. Pick up point is in front of pillar 7.
- Domestic Arrival Terminal - Lobby E - Gate E3 - Noi Bai International Airport
1. From Memo's restaurant, head towards the stairs.
2. From the stairs, turn left and head towards Lobby E, E1.3.
3. Pick up location is in the third lane.
- GrabBike Pick Up/Drop Off - Gate T1 - Domestic Terminal - Noi Bai International Airport
1. From the Domestic Arrival Terminal of Hall A & B, head towards the car parking lot.
2. From the car parking lot, head towards Gate T1.
3. Pick up location is in front of Gate T1.

- How do I pay for my ride?You can pay with cash, or pay in-app by adding your credit or debit card details. Just choose your preferred method when booking your ride.
- How do I find the pick up point to meet my driver?Follow the image directions in the app, that appear when you book a ride. There may also be signs at the airport to the ride hailing pick up area.
- How do I contact my driver?Tap “Message” in the app and click “Chat” to message your driver. GrabChat has a translation feature for easy communication. Your chat history will be deleted upon completion of your ride.
- Can the driver see my number?No, your driver will only be able to see your name, profile photo, and booking details. If you need to communicate, you can do this through GrabChat in the app.
