Book
Enter your destination in the field and check that your pick-up location is correct. Book the ride that suits your group size and luggage needs.
Go
Follow the in-app directions to meet your driver at the pick up location. You'll be able to communicate with them in the app. So fret not and enjoy the city!

- GrabCar - Electric Terminal 3 Arrival International Soekarno-Hatta
1. From Baggage Claim Area, follow the sign to exit the arrival gate.
2. After passing the customs inspection, head towards Pick-up Zone.
3. Keep walking straight towards West Lobby.
4. Exit door 2 West Lobby and head to GrabCAr Elektrik concierge.
5. Walk straight along corridor.
6. Turn right after corridor and walk straight through GrabCar Elektrik.
7. You arrive at GrabCar Elektrik Concierge.
- Grab - Terminal 3 Arrival International Soekarno-Hatta
1. From Baggage Claim Area, follow the sign to exit the arrival gate.
2. After passing the customs inspection, head towards Pick-up Zone.
3. Keep walking straight towards West Lobby.
4. From the West Lobby head towards pick-up zone.
5. Continue walking towards the parking building.
6. Continue to walk pass the waiting area to the international car parking area
7. From the inside of parking building, go towards the totem grab.
8. The pick-up point is in the parking building near the totem grab.
Domestic arrival
- Grab - Terminal 1A Arrival Soekarno-Hatta
1. From the Baggage Claim area, head towards the exit by following the sign.
2. Exit the arrival terminal through the pick-up transportation service booth, walk left to the pick-up point.
3. From the pick-up transportation service booth, turn left towards totem grab.
4. Continue walking straight to the grab pick-up point.
5. The pick-up point is in front of Chatime.
- Grab - Terminal 2D Arrival Soekarno-Hatta
1. From the Baggage Claim area, head towards the exit by following the sign.
2. Turn right after exiting the arrival terminal and head towards prayer room and staircase.
3. Keep walking toward prayer room and turn left before reach the prayer room.
4. You will see Grab Totem and reach the pick-up point.

- How do I pay for my ride?You can pay with cash, or pay in-app by adding your credit or debit card details. Just choose your preferred method when booking your ride.
- How do I find the pick up point to meet my driver?Follow the image directions in the app, that appear when you book a ride. There may also be signs at the airport to the ride hailing pick up area.
- How do I contact my driver?Tap “Message” in the app and click “Chat” to message your driver. GrabChat has a translation feature for easy communication. Your chat history will be deleted upon completion of your ride.
- Can the driver see my number?No, your driver will only be able to see your name, profile photo, and booking details. If you need to communicate, you can do this through GrabChat in the app.
