    1. From the baggage claim area, walk towards the baggage barcode check.

    2. Continue walking past the baggage barcode check area.

    3. Keep walking straight towards the exit.

    4. Continue walking straight following the exit signs.

    6. Follow the signs towards the Umrah exit to reach the exit.

    7. Then, turn left past the exit.

    8. Continue walking straight towards the Grab totem.

    9. You will arrive at the Grab pickup point.

    1. From the baggage claim area, walk towards the exit.

    2. Continue walking straight past Roti'O towards the exit.

    1. From the arrival gate, proceed to baggage claim areas 4-5-6.

    2. From baggage claim areas 4-5-6, walk towards the exit.

    3. Turn right at the exit sign.

    4. Continue by turning right towards the arrival door.

    5. Walk straight ahead and then turn left in front of the Bluebird Booth.

    6. Keep walking straight towards the Grab pickup point.

    7. Continue walking straight past Bank Jatim.

    8. You will arrive at the Grab pickup point.

  • How do I pay for my ride?
    You can pay with cash, or pay in-app by adding your credit or debit card details. Just choose your preferred method when booking your ride.
  • How do I find the pick up point to meet my driver?
    Follow the image directions in the app, that appear when you book a ride. There may also be signs at the airport to the ride hailing pick up area.
  • How do I contact my driver?
    Tap “Message” in the app and click “Chat” to message your driver. GrabChat has a translation feature for easy communication. Your chat history will be deleted upon completion of your ride.
  • Can the driver see my number?
    No, your driver will only be able to see your name, profile photo, and booking details. If you need to communicate, you can do this through GrabChat in the app.
