3. From WHSmith, continue walking straight towards the exit
4. Continue walking through the exit next to Starbucks
5. Continue walking straight past the Grab totem
6. Continue walking straight past the domestic arrivals terminal towards the Grab Lounge
7. From Grab Lounge, meet with the Dispatcher to be directed to the pickup point
8. Then turn right towards the Grab pickup point
9. You will arrive at the Grab pickup point

- GrabBike Point Ngurah Rai Terminal Domestic Airport
1. From the arrival gate, turn left and head towards the domestic arrival park.
2. From the domestic arrival park to the further corridor go straight.
3. Continue walking straight through Indomaret until the road crossing.
4. After crossing the street, continue to turn right through the corridor to the grab lounge.
5. From the grab lounge, continue walking straight towards the parking building.
6. Continue crossing and turn right before entering the parking building.
7. Continue walking through the pedestrian.
8. Then cross and turn right following the pedestrian path.
9. Continue across to the motorcycle parking hallway and head to the pickup point.
10. You will arrive at the grab pickup point. - Grabcar Domestic Arrival I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport
1. From the arrivals gate, turn left, then walk straight towards the domestic arrivals park.
2. From the domestic arrival park to the further corridor go straight.
3. Then walk straight past the A&W tenants
4. Continue walking straight past Indomaret towards the escalator
5. Keep walking straight towards the escalator.
6. Use the escalator to the Grabcar pickup point.
7. Continue walking straight towards the regular Grabcar pickup point.
8. Keep walking straight, following the directions to the car parking area, then turn left at the end of the hall.
9. Turn right into the car park.
10. Arrive at the Grabcar pickup point, 3rd Floor of the Domestic Parking Building. - GrabCar Premium - Domestic Arrival
1. From baggage claim, walk towards the domestic arrivals exit.
2. Turn Right towards the "Bali" Monument.
3. From the "Bali" Monument, turn right towards the Grab booth.
4. From the Grab booth, continue walking straight then turn slightly left towards Bank Mandiri.
5. From Bank Mandiri, turn left towards Pizza Hut.
6. Arriving at Pizza Hut, turn right towards the GrabCar Premium pickup point.

- How can I pay for my ride?
You can pay with cash, or pay in-app by adding your credit or debit card details. Just choose your preferred method when booking your ride.
- How do I find the pick up point to meet my driver?Follow the image directions in the app, that appear when you book a ride. There may also be signs at the airport to the ride hailing pick up area.
- How do I contact my driver?Tap “Message” in the app and click “Chat” to message your driver. GrabChat has a translation feature for easy communication. Your chat history will be deleted upon completion of your ride.
- Can the driver see my number?No, your driver will only be able to see your name, profile photo, and booking details. If you need to communicate, you can do this through GrabChat in the app.
