What do I have to do to sign up?
It's easy to become a Grab VIP! Just click on the VIP Lounge tab and choose the subscription package that is right for you. If you're already a free Grab member, you must sign in to your account. If not, simply create a free account! Just click on the VIP Lounge tab, click "Go VIP Now!", and choose the subscription package.
How can I tell if I'm a Grab VIP?
The easiest way to tell if your VIP membership is activated is to go to the front page and look in the upper right corner. There should be a "VIP" symbol next to your username. If you see the "VIP" symbol, premium membership is active and you don't need to do anything else. If you have purchased VIP but do not see the "VIP" symbol next to your username, please contact Support by using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page.
How do I access my Grab VIP features?
These features will all be automatically activated for you and accessible under the VIP Lounge tab. If you aren't receiving all of your expected services, please contact Support by using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page.

I used an eCheck on PayPal to buy my VIP / VIP gift membership. How long will it take for me to get VIP status?
Members that use PayPal eCheck should get VIP status immediately after the purchase or gift redemption. However, once you leave Grab.com, there will be a 4-6 day waiting period before you can access VIP features again because of the time it takes PayPal to process your eCheck. If it's been more than 6 days and you still do not have VIP status, please contact Support by emailing payments@grab.com.
How do I cancel my Grab VIP subscription?
To cancel your VIP subscription, please contact Support by using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. You will continue to enjoy VIP benefits until the end of your existing billing cycle.
Can I play VIP games with non-VIP members?
No, you cannot play VIP games with non-VIP members. After all, membership has its privileges. However, you can still play the rest of our free games with your non-VIP members and friends.
Can I gift a VIP Grab Mart item to a non-VIP member?
Yes, you can still gift free members VIP items even if they are not yet VIPs. In fact, you can even give the gift of VIP to your free member friends here. Just check the "This is a gift" box.
What are Grab VIP tournaments?
VIP tournaments are for VIPs to challenge each other. VIP Tournaments can be created for all tournament compatible games by clicking the "VIP Only" checkbox while creating your tournament. If you are a VIP, you can set up your own tournament by clicking "Create Your Own Tournament" on the Tournaments page. If you are a VIP, and want to join a VIP Tournament, go to the VIP Lounge tab and look for the Tournaments area. You can also click Tournaments under the Games tab. The VIP tournaments will have the "VIP" badge highlighted next to them.
Can I send someone a gift of VIP?
Absolutely! There are two ways to do this. If your friend is already a free Grab member, go to his or her profile and click the "Give the gift of VIP" link under their name. If your friend is not a Grab member yet, go to the VIP lounge and click the "This is a gift" box under Annual or Monthly subscription.
How do I redeem a VIP gift?
Lucky you! If you've received a gift of VIP, click on the VIP Lounge tab. Then click the "Redeem your promo code" link. You must sign in or create a new free member account in order to redeem your gift. Don't forget to thank your friend who sent the gift!
Someone gifted me VIP but I already have that status. Can I gift it to someone else?
Absolutely, you can spread the VIP love! Your friend can use redeem using the promo code you received. You can forward your gift email or just send them the promo code.
Someone gifted me VIP but I already have that status. What happens if I redeem it?
You can still redeem your VIP gift, even if you're already a VIP. You will essentially get a free month or a free year (depending on the type of gift you get) at the end of your existing membership.
If I cancel my subscription, do I still keep my Grabbles or VIP Grab Mart items?
If you cancel your VIP membership or decide not to renew, you will still get to keep your Grabbles and VIP Grab Mart items.
Where can I find the VIP Grab Mart items?
VIPs have access to exclusive Grab Mart items! Go to the Grab Mart tab and look under Premium Items. VIPs can even gift their non-VIP friends these exclusive items.
