• The Grabathlon will consist of ten games over ten days, from February 11th through February 20th, 2006.
• Each game will be a "tournament," following the standard Grab Tournament rules
• There is no cost or Grabble assessment to enter the Grabathalon tournament games
• We will award points to users in the Grabathlon depending upon your rank at the end of each tournament, as follows:

  1st place: 100 points 2nd place: 95 3rd: 90 4th: 85 5th: 80 6th: 75 7th: 70 8th: 65 9th: 60 10th: 50 11th: 40 12th: 35 13th: 33 14th: 31 15th: 29

  16th: 27 17th: 25 18th: 23 19th: 21 20th: 20 21st: 10 22nd: 10 23rd: 10 24th: 10 25th: 10 26th: 5 27th: 5 28th: 5 29th: 5 30th: 5 31st - 40th: 1 41st+: 0

• At the end of all ten tournament games, we will add the point totals for each participant. Whoever has the most points will win the grand prize.
• Prizes will be awarded as follows:
    Grand Prize: 10,000 Grabbles and a total of $1,000 in Gift Cards (Target, Wal-Mart and Best Buy), and 5 download games of your choosing*.
  

  1st Prize: 5,000 Grabbles and $250 Target Gift Card and 3 download games of your choosing*.
  2nd Prize: 2,500 Grabbles and 3-pack of download games of your choosing*.
  3rd Prize: 1,000 Grabbles and 1 download game of your choosing*.
  

• In the event of any ties, tie-breakers will be determined by a special tournament game (or games) of OMG Bugs Are Coming on Grab.com. Tie-breaker matches will continue as necessary until a Grand-Prize winner and three runner-ups are all clearly determined.
• Members are not required to play in all of the tournament games to win.
• This contest is open to any registered Grab.com members, anywhere in the world. These Grabathlon Rules will be interpreted in Grab.com's sole discretion, and all determinations and decisions made pursuant to these Grabathlon Rules by Grab.com are final and binding on the participants.
