About: Amy Thest is an adorable, cute cat that likes to play, when she may, with me and her toys around the apartment that we live in. She reads books with me sometimes and we sometimes even try to have converstaions with each other.
She is a special cat that I got since shortly after 9/11 from a friend, and she's been a real help to me.
Life story: All That I know of Amy's past home was that she had a few kittens and her last three died of human error.
She lived not too far from where she lives now: with me in my apartment, and that pace was going to be renovated for some other family, so her original owner couldn't keep her where he was moving to.
Shortly after 9/11 I recieved Amy Thest, but her name then was "Squeakers" (Highly undignified in my mind, if you ask me.).
At the veternarian's I changed her name to 'Amy Thest', a pun on my birthstone, and she's been gotten used to me since then. :)
Favorite story: Recieving Amy Thest shortly after 9/11 was on of the happiest events of my life... some of the others I can not remember too well, but a couple are: Amy kissing my arm, and Amy getting used to me finally.
They say "You don't own a cat the cat owns you." well..
In this apartment, I think it goes both ways. ^_^
