You feel responsible to make your position known and then stick to it, no matter what. Your ambitions could be very different from everyone else's and it's important that you explain your goals clearly. You don't have to all be heading toward the same destination in order to support each other along the way. Finding common ground can be helpful, but allowing one another the freedom to make personal choices is what's most important now.
