Grab Raffle Overview

Grab may sponsor a Grab Raffle from time to time for the enjoyment of our users. A Grab Raffle allows you to exchange 100 Grabbles for 1 raffle ticket. Each ticket is good for a chance to win a prize in a Grab Raffle drawing. Each Grab User will be limited to a single entry per Grab Raffle drawing. Check the Grab Raffle page for a listing of great prizes offered by Grab.

Entering a Grab Raffle

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.

To enter a Grab Raffle, you must:

  1. Register as a user of Grab.com - click here to register.
  2. Collect at least 100 Grabbles to exchange for a Grab Raffle ticket - click here to learn about earning Grabbles.
  3. Exchange your Grabbles for Grab Raffle tickets - click here to exchange Grabbles.

Only registered users of Grab who are legal United States residents 13 years of age or older are eligible to enter and win. Each Grab Raffle is subject to Official Rules below.

Drawings & Prizes

  • Winners of a Grab Raffle will be selected randomly and announced by the Grab staff. Each Grab Raffle will have a week-long entry period starting on a Thursday and ending on the following Thursday.

    • Entries for a Thursday drawing will be accepted beginning at 6:01 PM Pacific Time on the preceding Thursday.
    • Entries for a Thursday drawing will NOT be accepted after 4:00 PM Pacific Time on the day of the drawing.
    • Winners will be announced at approximately 5:00 PM Pacific Time on the day of the drawing.
    • Grab's Chat Room is open 24 hours a day and Grab Users are encouraged to meet in the chat room at 4:00 PM Pacific Time on the day of the drawing for the Grab Raffle drawing countdown.
    • Grab reserves the right to moderate the Grab Chat Room.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email after each Grab Raffle drawing - make sure your email address is accurate so we can notify you if you've won! Click here to update your email address.

Winners will also be announced after each drawing in the Grab Chat Room. However, you will still need to receive your notification email in order to claim your prize. Click here for the Grab chat room.

If you should win one of our prize drawings, you will receive an e-mail directing you to a prize confirmation page.

Claiming Prizes

To claim your prize, simply follow the instructions in the notification email you receive. You will be directed to a prize confirmation page where you must confirm your real name, accurate e-mail address and other pertinent information. To claim a prize, you may need to demonstrate that you meet the eligibility requirements by completing an Eligibility Affidavit. You may also be required to complete a Liability/Publicity Release, as described further in the Official Rules below. If you are a minor, we may also need you to have your parents sign the affidavit and release. All prize claims must be submitted within seven (7) days after receipt of the notification email, or the prize will be forfeited.

GRAB RAFFLE OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.

2. Entry. Collect Grabbles. click here to learn how to earn Grabbles. Exchange 100 Grabbles for one Raffle Ticket. Click on the Grab Raffle Page to exchange your Grabbles. Once you have your ticket, complete the requested information and enter your ticket in the Grab Raffle at the Raffle Entry page. Click here for the Raffle Entry page. Each Grab User will be limited to one entry per Grab Raffle drawing. Neither Grabbles nor Raffle Tickets have any monetary value. There will be no more than one Grab Raffle drawing in any week. Each drawing will occur on a Thursday. Entries will be accepted starting 6:01 PM Pacific Time on the Thursday before the week of the drawing. Entries must be received no later than 5:00 PM Pacific Time on the day of the drawing. Entries received between 5:00 PM and 6:01 PM Pacific Time on the day of the drawing will not be recognized. Entries will not be carried over to the next drawing, if any. Grab is under no obligation to sponsor new Grab Raffles, and may suspend or terminate the sponsorship of new Grab Raffles at any time.

These Grabbles can be used for anything on the site, including Raffle entries. Your postcard must contain the following information: your legal name, street address, phone number, email address associated with your Grab user account, and your Grab user name.

3. Eligibility.

  • Grab Raffle drawings are only open to Grab Account Holders ("Grab Users") in good standing who are legal residents of the United States and 13 years or older. Employees, officers, and directors of Grab.com, along with its affiliated entities, parent, subsidiaries, advertising, participating promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors (and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household), are not eligible. Void wherever restricted, taxed or prohibited by law.

4. Grab Raffle Prize Drawings.

  • Random Prize Drawings will be held from among all eligible entries received to select one (1) winner on or about 6:00 PM Pacific Time on the day of the drawing. Decisions of judges are final and binding. Odds of being selected will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

5. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value.

  • Prizes may vary and can be awarded as, for example, Grabbles or occasionally as gift cards. Please visit our Grab Raffle Prize page for an up to date listing of the prize and its value available for the current Grab Raffle. All expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize cannot be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash, except at Grab's sole discretion. In the event the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Grab reserves the right to substitute prize for an item of equal or greater value. The prize is awarded without warranty of any kind from Grab, express or implied, without limitation.

6. Notification of Winners.

  • Grab will notify winners by e-mail. Grab is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected notification. Winner may forfeit prize if winner does not respond within seven (7) days of first attempted e-mail notification. In such event, Grab will award the prize to an alternate winner. Winners may be required to sign and return an Eligibility Affidavit and to provide their full name, address, city, state, postal code, Social Security Number and date of birth, and, where lawful, a Publicity/Liability Release within seven (7) days of first attempted e-mail notification, or winner's prize may be forfeited. If the winner is a minor, Grab may require the winner’s parents to also sign the affidavit and release. Prizes will be mailed within sixty (60) business days after Grab's receipt of the completed Eligibility Affidavit and, where applicable, the Publicity/Liability Release. By participating in a Grab Raffle, each winner agrees that Grab may post the winner's name on a list of winners, and may use the winner's name, voice, likeness, biographical information, winning entry and statements for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotional purposes without further notification or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Winners List.

  • A list of the recent Grab Raffle winners can be viewed on the "Recent Winners" page and is also available by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to "Grab Raffle Prize Winners", Grab.com, P.O. Box 2517, Mount Vernon, WA 98273. Winner's list will be available for up to 60 days after each prize drawing.

8. General Terms and Conditions

  • In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry via e-mail, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account, as determined by Grab.
  • Automated entries (including, but not limited to, entries made using any script, macro, bot, mechanical means or sweepstakes service) will not be accepted, and will be disqualified and may result in criminal liability under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, Section 1030 of the United States Code. Grab may terminate the account and permanently disqualify any entrant who Grab, in its sole discretion, determines as being in violation of these Official Rules. All decisions by Grab are final and binding. Grab reserves the right to terminate the account of any Grab User, in its sole discretion, for a violation or alleged violation of these Official Rules.
  • Grab, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operations or transmission; theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, computer transmissions, or for technical telephone equipment, electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions of any kind; or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive entry information by Grab on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof.
  • Grab, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed software transmissions which may limit a participant's ability to participate, or damage any user's system as a result of participation, or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Raffle.
  • If technical difficulties compromise the integrity or ability to continue online registration or play, Grab reserves the right to terminate the Raffle prior to the stated date by which all registrations must be received.
  • By participating in the Raffle, Grab Users agree to be bound by these Official Rules. These Official Rules will be interpreted in Grab's sole discretion, and all determinations and decisions made pursuant to these Official Rules by Grab are final and binding on Grab Users.
  • Grab, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for: (i) any condition caused by events beyond their control that may cause the Raffle, the entry process, or the website to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of any prize, or acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any prize, or from participation in the Raffle; (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Raffle or the entry process. Grab reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Raffle, in whole or in part, in the event of technical or other difficulties. Grab reserves the right to select a winner from among all eligible entries received as of termination date.
  • By participating in the Raffle, each Grab User agrees to release and hold Grab, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and their employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Raffle, the entry process, or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
  • All entries become the exclusive property of Grab, and as such, Grab has the right to edit, adapt, modify, publish, promote and otherwise use or not use the entries and the information contained therein in any way it sees fit.
  • All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply.
