Frances, I think I finally have figured out what I do wrong, when the picture doesn't sparkle, I just forget to take the picture back to photobucket and enter it on the url instead of directly into my computer..this is why it doesn't sparkle..have to make a note of this..

already had the pics and i went to image magick and added the name.  I am just starting to so this but I loved them also.  If ya ever need any pics to work with feel free to let me know.  I have tons.  And thanks, hope I didn't step on any toes or butt in.  And sorry don't know what psp is or what to do with it.  Oh and I do have copys of those pics with no names on them.
