75love- if you really love him, you should ask him out. don't start talking about your whole life together, that will weird him out. don't say i love you in the first few dates, because some guys will say it and not totally mean it. many men don't even uderstand the true concept of love.

greenday rock- you don't have to have the guy notice you. theres a common missconception that a guy has to start a relationship. maybe that was way back when,but not anymore. if you just confidently go up to him and say "hey (name), you want to go out sometime" the chances of him saying yes are the same or better than when you know him.

if you ask him with confidence then he probally won't laugh. if he does say no, than just say okay ill see you later then. if you say it like you were having a normal conversation and his no isn't a big deal, he won't feel the need to laugh. confidence is the key. and always act like nothings going on (don't act cute or needy or anything)
