Is there any truth about the great weight loss achieved by those diet pills on the market today?.... it seems that they may work. Anyone ever tried them with success?

Yes between me and my family we have tryed sooooo many pills,patches and  drink it don't work ... slim fast is ok ,,, u got to be carefull  FDA does not control the diet pills and there is so many out there ,, most of the diet pill is just full of caffine and thats all ..

Hello the BEST way to lose weight is controling how much u eat and exercise the surest way to lose no pill will work and they all have side effects some very nasty.

My friend lost a lot of weight with the help of diet pills, and now I'm going to start with the same ones she used Tomorrow. They can help but of course you also gotta watch what your eatting and work out still

Some are Ok, but more either don't work or can be dangerous (phen phen i think it was) If you need to lose weigh first try diet and exercise but also go to your family doc..he/she can tell you about losing weight and about any diet pills that work.

yes.. most of them are true.. but i would recomend losing weight the natural way.. pills can change yur immune systems and how yur body works.. they have harmful chemicals.. yur body would still be better if yu lost weight the natural way b/c if yu loose all the weight by sitting on the couch and popping a pill in yur mouth evry day yurs bodys muscles and structures arent getting stronger... yur just loosing fat.. if yu want to feel good and look good do it the natural way

My advise would be to chuck the pills or the idea of them out.  If there was a pill that would make you thin then there would be no-one out there that was unhappy with their weight!  Take care.  Del

Truth yes, I tried them never ever do this I have been dealing w/ heart problems ever since in and out of the hospital for two yrs now. If I could only do this all over again. I would have choose a different route but, now my weight isn't any better maybe even worse. Now all I can do is pray I get thru this. So, plz don't try even once as I did.

Unfortunately, the best sure-fire way to lose weight is still diet/exercise. I am yet to find a pill that works or even helps for that matter. I did an Atkins style diet about 2 years ago and lost 40 pounds. I also spent some time in the gym. Over the last year I feel away from the gym and have gone off and on with the diet.. only gaining 10 lbs! YAY!! I'd recommend the Atkin's style diet because it is easy to stick to. It is also good for you if your family is prone to diabetes.

Gym and Cut Calories (with all the technology today.... this is still the best way to go)

actually some do work ive lost weight with diet pills n also my cousin. u just need to be careful with which one u use there are so many out there n yes some may cause health problems. just remember that if u decide to lose weight using pills not to only depend on the pills to lose weight u must also learn good eating habbits n excercise which is very important cuz as soon as u stop them u may gain the weight back plus more.
