Just to help anyone that might not be quite sure what you're hoping to get from this club and these tournaments:

Will all of the tournaments be the same game (chosen by people voting), or will this vote only choose the game to be played in the first tournament, and then the following tournaments are other games?

You can't really bundle all of the Gold Miner games together as people's choices, some people like some Gold Miner games and not others so I suggest you look at which ones people have voted for, especially if you're only going to host this one tournament continually. Or if Gold Miner is chosen as the favourite, one day/week (or however often you want to host tournaments) you host one Gold Miner game, the next you host another, etc, and rotate through all Gold Miner Games.

How many games are you planning to host, or since others may be hosting... how long do you plan to keep this running? A set number of games or ongoing?

How will the team competition work? How will the points be awarded? Will each team get their own tournament or will each group of teams (e.g. in your example above, Team 1 and Team 2) get their own tournament separate from the other group of teams (Teams 3 and 4)? Or will all teams play in one tournament, in which case why separate teams 1 and 2 from 3 and 4?

As for a name, you could maybe call it Club Cooper or Cooper's Club

well they will play in the same tournament i will have a page  of people for list. i will add up team1 score team3 etc.

May I ask WHY name it for a certain game since we will be playing various games.

I like the idea of a club name - and I like the word Game, but not Killer. In fact, I'd like it to inlcude your name to identify it from others -- like ranul's tour of games....we know it's his group.

I'd suggest Coopers  Club, Gamers Unite, Gamers4Fun,
Club Cooper, Gamers Club, Just Playing, Out2Game.

I have to agree with Christoff - - there are LOTS of questions that have not been answered.
I keep getting more confused the more info that you add.  I wasn't aware it was going to be Teams.
I thought it was a group of people just joining to play various games in tourneys -- that there would be a rotation of the games.  More less like ranul's tour -- but we are a Club.

I think doing teams will create more confusion!
And it will certainly cause you LOTS of bookkeeping.  Can you handle that?  I hope so.

PS: I would prefer to NOT play if it is TEAMS!

I agree with shay . There is lotsa confusion in this thread . It should be clarified prior to anymore posts . Voting on a starting game to just get things going is fun, after that it should be up to Cooper to organize everything else or ask in a gmail for some help . Like hosts,how many grabbles to post for entry ,# of grabbles per tourney for prizes.  I would like to play but not until the confusion is cleared up. Also if it is a club with teams , count me out . BTW love the way ranul runs his tour .

    Ok... I have not decided the club name yet i will by 60!!! I am going to have a big tournament (sorta) on the club kick off invite only i going to be free entry! Who ever has posted on this theard will get a invite!!! So join the club if you want to play in it!

If team club wins:
We will have a tournament every 1 week for teams to compite in a tournament to declare a winner!

??? About scheduling tourneys on Nov. 25th -
that is the evening prior to THANKSGIVING in USA.
Many people will be busy preparing for the feast day; and/or traveling to visit family.

Havent done this before, but I will give it a try. I like Valentiner, any of the Gold Miners, and Jewel Miner.
