i dont know why the guy i love doesnt want to be with me. he said he doesn want a girlfriend right now and that i can go ahead and date. but all i want is him. i want to get back with him. we were together for 5 years. i know we have something. it sucks cuz my sister said me and him arent going to last anyways. she thinks that me and him arent going to get married....
im starting to think shes right...and im ready to give up.

If he's not attempting and trying to get you guys back together along with telling you to go on and date cause he's not ready for a relationship, then that entitles that he's moved on. As much as its going to hurt you to relaize this, don't worry and be a strong woman. Don't cry over someone who wouldn't cry for you. Love makes you do stupid things and I believe in order to let go is to go forward with your life onto something better and who appreciates you for you. Believe me, I've experienced what your going through right now and it made me go into depression. Sooner or later you will realize that there are a lot of better things and people out there. Don't waste your time on someone who neglects your presence

After five years, he wants you to date others.
I think he's trying to tell you that he wants freedom & wants to date!
