I really like the change.  I like the higher grabble awards and the entry fees do not bother me at all.  Thanks very much.

P.S.  I think I'll go join a tourney now!!

Why has the amount of Grabbles to play in grabs tourneys got so high so quick ? Not everyone  can play at 75 grabbles a game ?I think its a shame.

if someone cant put in the maximum amount that a tourney can cost (100) then they could very quickly, within go and earn the grabbles. there are so many easy ways to get grabbles if you REALLY want to.

http://www.grab.com/site/?page=grabbles_legend

edit, and that list doesnt even have all the games that have grabbles incorporated within them!

Hi,

I tried to include tournaments for every time bracket - if it's lacking catnip please let me know and I'll do my best to correct it.

Ideally, Grab time, when can you participate in tournaments?

Thanks,

Michael
Can't they all just be 24 hour tournaments? That'd solve the problem and will give everyone a chance at each of the tournaments.

Hi,

I did consider making a majority of the tournaments 24 hours, but felt that shorter tournaments might also promote more players - i.e. there's 3 hours left in this tournament with a 8k top prize, I should go for it.

Let me know if I was misconstrued.

As for WhatWORD? I'll see what I can do!

Thanks,

Michael

actually shorter tourneys are good.

but I think every game should be at least every other dayish sorta thing. but different time zones

like how many tourney games are there? last time I counted, if I remember right, there are 52..WOW that is quite a few!

I think it would be great to have a tourney start every hour, and last for 3 hours.I dunno, some tourneys might take longer to play out, it would be the ones I dont like...my attention isnt that long..lol

but yea, if you just go down the list, have a tourney start one every hour, and last for a certain length of time, you d be able to get every game in ...make every one happy, maybe lol some people here are hard to make happy, but at least you try! thank you for that!

I don't know about everyone else but I'd rather not have to think "there's only 3 hours left... I should go for it", I'd rather be able to choose what part of the day I play it Also some people might miss the tournament completely and not be able to play at that time for whatever reason. Also, the majority of tournaments created by members are 24 hour tournaments so going from that I'd assume most people prefer them so it gives more people a chance.

If you do shorter tournaments though, and a lot of them to fill the day, then the tournament prizes will almost certainly be lower and there'll probably be less people wanting to enter them.

untrue. you dont know that. grab can put whatever amount of grabbles they want, and whoever wants to join, will join.

the more grabbles the pot is, the more that will join more than likely. so all grab has to do is make them high grabble, short tourneys

Well yes, if they kept the grabbles the same it'd work well, but then you'd probably still get people unhappy that they're missing some tournaments (even if they get other tournaments of the same game at a different time of the day) .

It's on the list

Edit: But you didn't ask that, you asked if it's on the schedule, and no No official grab tournaments for this game.

Just back online after moving house.  Very sorry to see that there is now only one Flip Words tourney and it would have to be played in the daytime rather than in the evening. (UK time) I have played in nearly all the Flip tourneys since joining Grab and will really miss them. As Christoff said, 24 hrs gives everyone a chance no matter where in the world we live.

While you have include tournaments for every time
bracket. Some time brackets do not have peoples fav games? IE ones that last 8 hours and are only on once a week?

gl and tc

I like the new variety, but this is the second round I don't get to play my favorite game, Rockets Red Glare, because of the time it starts. I work in the afternoon, so I almost never get to play it

Makes me giggle though, seeing you added that game due to my request, but I never get to play. Oh well, at least it makes me giggle, right?

if they would only follow my advice....

like I said b4..

do all tournies alphabetical order, one tourney starts each hour and goes for oh so many hours,(6?) and go down the list. if I remember right, there are 52 games, so it would be good, rotating hours through out the day too
