Elijah and Enoch. But, I think they went to "Paradise" or "Abraham's Bosom". They'd be in heaven now.

Correct. Enoch walked with god and was no more Genesis 5:22-24...and Elija caught a whirlwind up to heaven II Kings 2:11.
Guess I can stump you either

Frogs
Flies
Disease of the cattle
Boils
Destruction of crops by locusts
Darkness
Death of firstborn
These were direct condemnation by God of the Egyptian idolatry... Each one can be connected to an Egyptian idol worship.

Yup. A martyr is one who chooses to suffer death rather than renounce religious principles.
