Some basic blackjack strategy for those of you who don't have one yet. If the dealer is showing a 6 or less, stand on 12 or better. The only exception to this is if you have a 12 against a dealer's 2, then take just one hit and then stand. If the dealer is showing a 7,8,9,10 or any face card, then you need to hit until you make at least 17. If you have a 15 or 16 and the dealer is showing a 9 or ten (face cards count as ten too) then surrender. Double down on 11 no matter what the dealer is showing. Double down on ten when the dealer shows an 8 or lower. Double down on 9 when the dealer shows a 7 or lower. Never take insurance... it is a suckers bet. Hope these tips help!
