Ok here are sometips for you all who are struggling. Where to hit the guys is beginning to come up a lot so here:
Osama Bin Laden - Hit Him Below His Head Otherwise You Will Go Through Him
Bill Clinton - Hit the boat on the bottom of it to sink it
Cheney & Bush - Hit them 3x AND YOU CAN ONLY HIT THE BOTTOM OF THE BOAT TO SINK IT
The media - hit the media anywhere to sink it
The protesters - you will hit definately if you make
contact with the lower 1/2 of it[/size]
The guy with the large head who screams when you hit him - get him anywhere.
The Libyan terrorist with the 2 red dynamite - get him fast, hit the lower 1/2 of him
[size=7]I spent a lot of time on this thread so please rate it good and please send your feedback, positive or negative.

Another tip for anyone interested:
Use the big boats for your defense. You have to shoot them 3 times to destroy them, so hit them 2 times as soon as you can and then wait until they are really close to the island before you hit them the third time. All the other boats have to shift around them. Not only does this slow down the faster boats but it also limits how many places they can approach making it easy to destroy them.

I disagree with Rockynight.
I hit the biggest boats ASAP and then you have faster bullets to hit the smaller guys. I did this and got 773,000. So it works.
The big boats make the game go a lot slower, too slow to shoot anything.

I also hit the big boats first and I have the all time high score...lol. Just braging.

OK I just got more memory. No more slowing problems. But I do still use the big boats for blockers.
BTW, I got over a million!!! Whooo hooo.

*There are some craft that go above your port. You CAN ignore these. However, they are good for the people who try to make high scores.
*Hit ALL terrorists ASAP. They are the fastest and hard to shoot, especially Osama.
* the guy w/ the big head is moderate, so shoot him quick!!!
*media/protesters-shoot them as soon as they are 1/2 way across the screen

No one has mentioned that the Libyan terrorist in the dinghy doesnt kill you. If he hits then you are stunned and your gun spins around.
