Does anyone know why the crowd that has been hit by a rocket sometimes "recovers"? Is it a random event or an effect of some action?

I have wondered that too. I have notice on several occasions that my burnt crowd members come back and I don't lose anyone.
Could be random or making the people happy quickly. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. The faster you let off the fireworks, plus the more you set off at once seems to effect them. Who knows it could just be all coincidental. Good Luck, KatelynnSarah

tht's odd, the crowd doesn't become alright when i play..........they just remain burnt n i end up losing the game cos of them.

WELL,MAYBE IF YOU DO PARTICULARLY WELL AFTER BURNING YOUR CROWD,MAYBE THEY GET ALL HAPPY AND GET THEIR HEALTH BACK.....OR,MAYBE,JUST MAYBE(LOL),THEIR HEALTH SERVICE IS MUCH MORE EFFICIENT THAN OURS,(IN THE UK,THAT IS)...BUT I DON'T KNOW THIS FOR CERTAIN-AFTER ALL,CARTOON CHARACTERS DON'T REALLY NEED HOSPITALS DO THEY??ALL THEY REALLY NEED IS AN ERASER....HAPPY GAMING FELLOW GRABBEES N GRABETTES!!SALZ29.XX

It seems to me that when this happens, the dead people don't recover.....
Rather, you "gain people". They just happen to stand (or appear) in the same place as where the dead people were.
