well ive paused before and it didnt keep going on me so i think it was the music in the background...so thats what i know but if i doesnt work for u im sorry. it has never done that to me before oh well

I would recommend not to pause at all if there isn't any real reason to be pausing. To pause, makes it difficult to get back in sync when you return.  You kinda loose the rhythm.
