756,000 in a tourney

there are flaws in this game however
sometimes after u grab the traps and try to use the spacebar, it doesn't work.  i lose most of my turns this way.  anyone have any ideas why?  thanks!!

I hope this makes sense, but when you collect the items for trapping if you jump on the second item twice and catch it for some reason it makes the trap then not work.  You can jump on the first item and collect 200 pts, but you cannot jump on the second item twice or it disables the trap.
