This game has a lot of problems like freezing all the time when you are playing it, but today, it doesn't even starts! Also you see the rooms and normaly you see how many people are in there but not with this game. The room is always empty, but when you enter, it's full of people! I have a challenge I want to play, but I guess I have to try over and over again and wait untill the game starts to play again??

I'm experiencing a similar kind of problem. The game does load and I do get in the chatroom (although it says no one is playing the game, and when I get there there are quite some people), and everything works just fine(the hints work). But my letters won't appear. I tried leaving the room and starting a new game but I keep running in to the same problem. When I hit the button QUIT it does make me end (if you will call it that way) the game, and I see the complete photo. I didn't have this problem as before today. I sure hope it will resolve soon.

Same here, the game appears, that's right, but the letters don't show. I hope some one will read this topic and will solve the problem

I'm having the same problems. After the game freezes, I get out of it but the music keeps playing. For the last 2 days I haven't been able to play at all!!!

Guess I can now join the club. I can't get the letters to load. If I click on Hints, the count will go down as if I was getting them, but that's it. Not a letter in sight.

i agree with suite....ive been back many times to this challenge today(17th Feb)and still the game won't load.Also game feezes quite a lot too....is there anything that can be done about this, as i love playing it???????

Latest update: We are so sorry for all of the problems occurring with this game. For the time being, we are pulling the game from the site, and it is being sent back to the programmers to hopefully fix these issues once and for all. We know that you have all been so patient, and we really appreciate it! Hopefully we will have another update soon... Thanks everyone!
