every time i go to play it the image is blocked

The same thing was happening to me, I got it set up one day and went and did some housework and when I got back the screen was there. Just give it about five or ten minutes and it should work. Thats all the advice I can give you.

that happens to me with alot of grab games now, i agree with Raevin just leave it for a while it should work

I've tried to play, it says loading but then I just get a black screen.

That was what was happening to me so i had left my cursor over the blank area(where the game usually appears). When i came back there was a little tan box by my cursor that said Click to activate game. Try that.... it might work!!!
